Sheral is awesome!!! She contacted us immediately as soon as I requested a quote. She was very professional and understood our situation. I hired this company to clean my daughter’s recently purchased townhouse. The townhouse was completely empty, but the cleaners stated they worked for 7 hours. My daughter was appalled at the condition of her home...it didn’t look like any cleaning had been done. She sent me pictures of filthy baseboards, dusty blinds, hair on closet shelves, dust hanging from light fixtures, greasy appliances, and a pile of dust/hair in the master closet. My daughter contacted the cleaners, they responded quickly, and offered to fix the issue. The cleaner stated they were there “several more hours”. On a recheck, the place looked better, but definitely didn’t look like ~10 hours worth of cleaning had been done. We will not be hiring this company in the future!
