A to Z Construction

Todd Crider (owner) of A to Z Construction (Delphi, IN) was recommended by Anji. He came to our home and discussed the project with us. He wrote out his estimate on standard Job Invoice (with no company information on it) on January 11th. He returned on Jan 16, with his 3-man crew and proceeded to remove the existing door assembly. He cut into the interior overhead wall to remove the heading, removed the interior trim and removed the exterior wall door J strips. He then installed the new door incorrectly. He left a two inch gap on bottom corners to outside wall. Top corners are flush to the outside house wall. Doors would not open/close properly. He removed the door, cut more from the heading area and incorrectly reinstalled door the same way. Doors still not working properly. He the installed a lot of long screws to the RH side of the door jamb. He became agitated with installation process. He stated my flooring was swelled up and causing the door to not fit properly. He left that day. He returned on Jan 26 to work on the door. Removed and reinstalled the door incorrectly again. Each time Todd came to our house, he asked for payment upfront. Again he was frustrated with the door installation process. He left to purchase the trim materials for the interior wall. We are totally dissatisfied with the service he provided. The RH lower door seal became torn from opening the door. The bottom outside corners are not flush to the house walls. No J-trim was installed around the outer edges of the doors. Door assembly is not installed correctly to the house walls. No repairs to the interior walls have been completed. Doors still do not function properly. I have tried to contact Todd Crider both by cell phone and text messages on numerous dates with no response from him. Todd insisted that I make all three payments to Kari Crider (wife?). Payments made are Jan 11 ($1800.00), Jan 16 ($1064.00) and Jan 26 ($993.00) for a total of $3857.00. I have copies of the canceled checks. We do NOT want any contact from Todd Crider. I do NOT want him on our property. I do NOT TRUST anything he would say. He is not a professional contractor from our experience.

They turned our old windows and made our house look way newer with the new ones that they installed. The main two entry doors where exactly what we where looking for thank you Terry for the way you made our home look

I can honestly say this company was very professional and made our dream deck come a reality. We will be spreading this company around to all our friends and family.

From the beginning to the end of this project AtoZ construction was there and very up front with us and kept us up to date on the project and always made sure it was to our satisfaction.Very responsible and respectful company
