THEY WERE HIRED TO TAKE OUT KITCHEN WALL. MOVE STOVE, REFRIGERATOR AND SINK. THE SUPPORT THEY PUT IN PLACE OF THE WALL, IS NOW SAGGING CONSIDERABLY. DID NOT MOVE SINK BECAUSE THEY DID NOT WANT TO CRAWL UNDER THE HOUSE. THEY BROKE OUT KITCHEN WINDOW AND ORDERED A REPLACEMENT AND DID NOT BRING IT. THE CONTRACTOR MOVED THE STOVE BUT DID NOT REPLACE THE STOVE HOOD. I CALLED ANGI AND THEY CALLED MATTHEW HOWARD AND TOLD HIM TO BRING THE STOVE HOOD BACK. HE TOLD THEM HE WOULD BRING IT BACK THE SATURDAY AFTER THANKSGIVING, BUT HAS NEVER RETURNED IT. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE REMOVED ALL THE TRASH AND NONE OF IT WAS MOVED. IT IS STILL IN MY FRONT YARD.

Not too good ! The workers were good . The owner Matt promised that the work would be completed in 2 weeks still not done as of today 01/13/2024 ,it has been one excuse after another on 11/22/24 needed to install the new shutters, he promised and gave his word and a hand shake , so we paid in full on 11/22/24 , cause we were going out of town for a bit , thought I was doing good but it has hit me hard , still not done as of today 1/13/24 . Numerous lies , he said we will get them this week , and was told on 4 ( Tex messages)different occasions that the shutters were either delivered or had picked them up . Also the main reason we went with a metal roof we had a roof leak and wanted it stopped it was on our back porch in the center of the back door , it leaks worse now than ever before , was also promised that it would be fixed (not fixed ).1 light fixture not fixed .asked for 6” gutters got 5” I am ok with the 5”gutters, and only got 6 down spouts asked and paid for 8 down spouts (have 8 points or the house , need 1 down spout per point .the siding looks good except the light fixture and outside water spicket should have new mounting blocks, they have the old ones still that do not match . ( 1 is broken 2 don’t have one ).2 places on the front porch needs to be fixed where it all should be wrapped in black metal it look bad. I don’t like being lied too and taken advantage of , all I wanted was to get this work done and not cut corners, for the money I paid it should have been done more professionally.

Unsatisfactory from the start First day they came and set the post They set the posts from blocks that was under my bushes. The panels were not cut well enough to fir flat in the roof of my house I had another contractor come and look the work that was done They way that it was built its going to come down eventually

"sir, I had one of the crews there to do your project. when I came you were very satisfied after the framing was put up. you even paid me the additional money for the next phase. you had some minor things that you pointed out, and we addressed them. I do not know what happened from there. I was out of town. the crew was there and provided me with a video of you threatening them and acting like you were under the influence of something. I contacted you, and you stated that for the crew not to return and that blocks from your house were used, I provided a recipe of the blocks. I told you I would come when I got back in town. you found any way possible to act hostile and I am sorry sir but I will not get hostile with a client so you said that this other crew was completing the project and then brought to my attention that you paid my crew for the remainder of the job behind my back. point being is I do not know what the truth is when it comes to your project. I do know you have been chaotic and belligerent in any dealings we have had on the telephone."

Matthew is a great person. He performed his duties and worked at a high level while informing me on what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. Was very professional at doing his work also cleaned up after completing work each day. I will definitely be getting him to do more work for me.
