My companion and I selected A to Z Pest Control to identify an unconfirmed critter that was believed to be in my companion's attic. Kelsey, the Office Mgr, dispatched Paul to our Round Rock home address for a free no-cost evaluation. Paul arrived within the specified time scheduled. My companion greeted him, explained the scenario and following a thorough attic and roof check, no critter was found and no entry points into the attic area was found. This outcome was welcomed by my companion. Paul was very professional and offered the company's assistance should any future concerns arise. We'd recommend A to Z for said services in the Round Rock and surrounding areas.

The people I spoke and worked with are very nice, respectful, and easy to communicate with. They did what they said they were going to do and were very professional. My issue and the primary reason why I'm giving them 3-stars is the level of service for the price they charged. $800 for what ended up being setting up a few traps and checking on them over the course of a week and a half is a complete rip-off. The sanitation portion of the job didn't even include fully cleaning, they simply sprayed disinfectant. I understand there may be infestations that require a lot of work. However, the right thing for them to do after this job was adjust their charges according to what was really needed and not a flat fee. I think hiring them did solve our issue but I won't hire them again. I can set traps, spray sealant, and spray disinfectant in my own attic for $50. If this cost me $200-$300 I would have given them 4 or 5 stars.

Informative and quick

Tony did an excellent job. His response was quick and he showed up at the time he stated. He inspected the roof and attic areas and quickly found out where the squirrel entered. The procedure was to install a one-way door at the entry point to allow the critter to exit (I imagine for food and water). He finished up in less than 2 hours. Next step is to wait a few days, listening for the noise to cease. He then will come back and seal up the entry point. The charge was very reasonable, totaling $487

I had absolutely the best possible experience with A to Z Pest Control here in Central Texas. I picked three pest control companies in my area through Angi's List. A to Z Pest Control was the first to respond and gave me the most affordable quote. A second company was considerably higher and the third company took a few hours to respond. I went with A to Z and was 100% satisfied with my choice. Kelsey in the A to Z Pest Control offices responded within minutes with a quote. She answered my questions about their guarantee (30 days) and we scheduled an appointment for this morning. This level of responsiveness means a lot to me and probably to you as well. In addition, affordability is important to those of us on fixed incomes! This morning, Tony Sosa, one of the owners, arrived right on time (!), got to work straightaway assessing the situation in which a bajillion wasps/hornets/yellow jackets had set up housekeeping in my little 7x7' shed. Demonstrating a lot of caution, Tony sprayed the shed twice and removed the nests. Throughout, he was polite, professional, pleasant, efficient and obviously experienced in dealing with stinging insects. He also sprayed my larger shed, as a preventative action. I pointed out to Tony that in the previous 24 hours I had spotted wasps buzzing around my security cameras on the house. He used a different product to spray the eaves and along the foundation of my house to keep insects from invading the residence. I was really impressed with how affordable these services were, Tony's professionalism, Kelsey's pleasant and efficient nature as well as all the many positive aspects of the entire process. If you are in Bell, Williamson or Travis Counties in the Austin, TX area, reach out to A to Z Pest Control to take care of insects, mosquitos, bed bugs, wildlife (including snakes!), rodents, scorpions, termites, fleas and ticks. I think you will pleased, just the way I was.

great all around experience, Ive been dealing with so many bugs due to the high temps in the Texas heat. I also have 2 Great Danes that became playgrounds for fleas. Made a few calls to different companies to see what options I had. A to Z pest control reached back out to me and the next day had a technician at my house to do an assessment and come up with a treatment plan. Andrew came out and inspected my whole house, front and backyard and came up with a treatment plan to get rid of the fleas and major problem infestations right away and the. A recurring preventative schedule to keep from having future issues. He was able to explain how everything worked and answer all of my questions without making me feel like I was an annoyance. The treatment went exactly like they said it would. They showed up to every appt on time and were always very respectful and pleasant to deal with. Very happy with the whole experience.

Our family counts on A to Z Pest Control. When we have called for service they have great customer service when scheduling, the tech who arrives -are polite, thorough, answers my questions and hears my concerns if iI have any pest issues. This company is not only for your day to day pest control they also will go on the roof and in the attic if there any any signs of wild life that they can help with. They put clean spray into the yard because I have two pups that we protect. just overall great experience we have had with A to Z Pest Control.

One call to A to Z Pest Controll and the uninvited Raccoon resolution began: 1) vacate the Raccoon family. 2) Close the gateway. End of story. Fantastic!
