Jeff tried to stand by his word at first. The move was too big of a job for them. He had people that worked for him lie and disappear, which kept delaying the job. Hey fired two people. The move was extended by 2 days due to problems with his truck. Then Jeff took the table leg from my table they broke to try to find a screw to fix it. This is an expensive table and a very unique iron leg. He will not return the table leg, answer calls or emails. I used Angie’s List to find these movers and now am very upset with the whole thing. I have asked by several texts and emails to Jeff the owner and Andra the general manager to no avail. Do not have them pack you. They didn’t pack my roll top desk and turned it on it’s side in the bedroom. They did however pack my undergarments stating my dresser would have been too heavy. It’s a mess.

"First off the customer did not want us looking through her closets or cabinets to determine how much stuff she had. We gave an estimate for 2x 27 ft trucks. By the time we had her packed up we had 4x27 ft trucks and a 16 ft trailer so much stuff crammed in closets etc. we went out our way to make customer happy. When we tried to properly move her heavy items. Her roll up desk we wanted to pack all the contents. She refused we explained we did not want to be responsible for contents inside. The loaders thought the desk was empty. As company protocol it should have been empty. As customers request against our recommendations we loaded desk with all contents and an accident happened. Nothing broke. Let's move on to table leg. We broke table apart to move it properly during re assemble a screw broke. We did not have a replacement screw on the spot. we took leg to matched up screw. Table leg was metal and heavy so it took a few days to ship back. We did send leg back with replacement screw. Customer was too impatient to weight for fed ex to deliver. But it was returned promptly. Packing was done properly all customers expensive China was all hand wrapped pice by price. Also customer said we fired 2 people well that does not concern the customer she overhead a phone conversation. All her calls was returned. No matter what we did for the customer nothing made her happy. Sorry it did not work out for you have a blessed day."

These guys were fast, efficient, and very good at what they do. Even installed a new dryer vent extension AND replaced my dryer’s 3 prong plug with a brand new 4 prong that he had in the truck at no extra charge. These guys really do go above and beyond!!

It was very professional, they should up on time, they packed and loaded quickly, but were very careful when loading our furniture. They took the same care when unloading our items.

Jeff is awesome! He coridnated his schedule with mine. Kept in contact with me until I made it to Louisiana and made my move 10x easier! Will definitely refer Jeff to everyone I know that needs help moving.

It went very well. Jeff showed up on time (very important), was very friendly and seemed to have a passion for his work. Work was performed with no issues and they treated our things as if they were there own. I will use them again in the near future!
