This was a great experience.

The Attic Pros tech Wais Amiry communicated well about the pricing, answered all the questions I had, and addressed the issues during and after the insulation installation. Initially, our kitchen recessed lights were not working after the old insulations were removed. He sent an electrician right away to check and promptly fix the issue. The crews worked efficiently and also took extra care about our property. Highly recommended!

We realized over the weekend that we had a serious problem that needed to be addressed immediately after hearing some tapping/biting sounds around a ceiling speaker in the master bedroom during the weekend of January 20. I found the Attic Pros ad on Sunday night and called to schedule an inspection appointment on Monday, 1/22, and was able get one for 11am - 1pm on Tuesday, 1/23. Asad (Asaullah) called at 11:10am and left me a voicemail saying that he would be to my house in ~25 minutes. He arrived at ~11:30am ready and prepared to do the inspection after asking some questions and I showed him the access doors to the roof and side attic spaces that needed to be looked at. He completed the inspections, showed me some pictures of what he had found, and let me know what options we had to address the rodent problem. One was the lower cost option which included cleaning up the droppings, setting traps, cleaning up as much as possible, but would have us keeping the existing blown foam insulation and trying to find as many potential entry points as possible to patch up. I decided on the second, higher priced option, which removed all of the original blown foam, a thorough clean up and disinfecting of the areas, wire mesh blocking of all potential entry points, traps to catch any remaining live rodents, and installation of new rolled fiberglass insulation. We set up the the two appointment dates for Thursday, 1/25, and Monday, 2/5. The teams arrived on time both days, put down floor covering from the front door to the attic entry closet and isolating plastic sheets in the master bedroom going out to the second floor deck. They ran the big suction hose off the deck, and were able to keep the front door closed as much as possible, as I had asked them because of the current neighborhood rodent problem caused by the new housing development construction going on down the hill from my house. The teams worked both of the two originally scheduled days and got the jobs completed between 4:30pm and 6pm, so that it was not necessary to come back the next day to finish. I paid half of the original cost estimate following both days of work as agreed. Overall, the entire process was great, beginning from the easy and quick scheduling of the initial inspection by Asad, and getting work started two days later. Everyone was very professional, and I believe did a great job. I would definitely recommend Attic Pros to all of my neighbors that I am sure are experiencing similar problems.

This is a review of an insulation job done in Dec 2023 by Najim Ahmed of AtticPros on my three bedroom home in North Napa. Overall grade for the job is an “A”. Najim and his team gets high marks for quality of work, cost, and communications. I had five bids, and AtticPros was within $500 of the lowest one, so they are cost competitive. When Najim surveyed the job, he showed me photos of the current rat infestation and rotted old insulation, but he was not alarmist, or hard sell. He was more about patiently educating me as to what the job entails, how it should be done, and what materials would be best and why. Every other bidder was less about education and much more aggressive about why their company is best. You know the feeling when you are being told you have to spend money and you really don’t know if you are being taken advantage of? I hate that. Dealing with Najim was the opposite of that. With the knowledge he gave me, even if I went with another company I knew what the “right job” should be. Najim kept good communications throughout the process and was proactive with me, reaching out and making sure I would be ready for the next phase of the work when scheduled. The crew from Attic Pros was also first rate. They would show up here four or five strong and work a long day. On arrival, each crew member smiled, shook my hand, looked me in the eye and made me feel comfortable having them in my home. They worked well together as a team and seemed to have some good natured banter going whenever I stopped in to check on them. My sense is that the company is doing whatever they need to do to retain good workers and have somehow instilled in them the idea that providing good customer service with a positive attitude is the right way to do business. I’m one to trust but also to verify, so I put on the Tyvek suit and crawled around the crawl space and then the attic both after the initial cleaning and after the insulation installation. Najim’s team did a fabulous job on the clean out. We had a 25 year collection of dead rats, rat droppings and just a total mess of old duct work and other building material debris that should have been cleared out years ago. I used to dread having to go under the house for any reason. When they were done, a mountain of Hefty bags filled my driveway and a large AtticPros panel truck came by that night to take it all away. I also noted their liberal use of the “foam” stuff to seal up any air openings above and below that contributed to drafts. Under my house I have forced air ducting and in just a couple of places the insulation around the ductwork had worn off. I asked Najim about it and he gave me a quote for wrapping all the duct work with new insulation but said what I really should do is just patch up those two bare spots and he offered to do that for free! My gosh. In this day and age of “junk fees” and every corporation trying to screw us out of our last nickel and dime, being treated honestly, fairly and kindly just seems like something from the past. So I’m writing this in a comfy house with the thermostat set to 70 on a rainy, brisk day and I really don’t hear the furnace turning on. Given the super thick insulation now in my attic, the heat bills I’m sure will be way down. I’m not sure what the science is behind it, but 70 degrees in my now well insulated air-tight house seems much more comfortable then when I had the thermostat also up at 70 in years past with poor insulation. Lastly, I’ll mention that I NEVER write reviews or answer surveys. I just don’t have time or inclination to fill out surveys or write reviews. This is, for me, a rare exception, to recognize truly exceptional service.

The Attic Pros, especially Assad Akbari in sales was efficient. The Technical Team led by Chris were professional and very thorough in the performance of their work. They de humidified my wet crawl space, laid down the protective Sheets and insulated the crawl space. Do not use this company. After months and months of asking them to complete their service, this company simply cannot get it together. The lack of communication and professionalism is astounding. They will make an appointment then show up hours later. The techs would show up ill equipped and under prepared. After asking to speak with a manager or owner (now spoken to 3 different managers), no one has taken the steps to handle the pest problem in our crawlspace

Jeremy and his crew (Foreman: Carlos Lana) did a fine job. In the initial scoping visit, all aspects were clearly described and itemized. Old insulation and rodent damage removed, new insulation installed after thorough cleaning. No work had been done on roof area since 2003, so high time !

The service has been fantastic!! Inspector name Sho, Roy (technician) and Sergio have been extremely professional and dealing with care. I would recommend their services as they have been really great to deal with and will be doing future business as well.

Gary and crew did a great job and were very thorough in identifying and blocking entry points. Photos were sent during the process which was helpful and informative.

Wais and his team did a terrific job removing old, shoddy, blown insulation in our attic, added new batt insulation, rat proofed it, reapplied insulation around the duct work, added a new attic fan, all in record time. Very pleased with how careful they were setting up and removing every bit of waste.

Getting my attic cleanup and insulation installed was expertly done by Attic Pros. Couldn't be happier with the result. They are definitely pros!

I have delayed writing this review because I have such conflicted feelings about the results. When Ricky and his team left our home after an amazingly quick and thorough job cleaning up our attic, completely enclosing it, building a firewall between the attic and garage, closing off every single potential access point in the attic, on the roof and around the outside of our crawl space, plus doing some quick ceiling patching in a couple of rooms (that pre-dated their work), I had every intention of writing a 100% 5 Star rating due to their professionalism and concern. But then we tried to close the garage door, and could not -- the outlet that the garage door unit was plugged into was dead. Luckily, my husband was able to get up on a ladder and, via an extension cord, plug the unit into another outlet so we could close the garage door. I immediately called AtticPro, and told them we were OK for the night, but needed to have them send out an electrician to find and fix the problem. I was not all that concerned once we got the garage door closed because I knew that, working in the attic, there was a possibility that some cable could be pushed or pulled, creating a problem somewhere that would need to be traced and repaired. Unfortunately, that's where everything fell apart. The person who showed up spent 6 hours basically flipping all the breakers on and off, trying to figure out what circuit was affected. By the time he gave up, my internet router was blown (shorted out due to multiple power surges), my irrigation system timing system transformer was fried, and every electric clock in the house had to be reset. I called the company, described the problem, and requested that they please send a certified electrician who knew what the heck he was doing. They did, the next day, and he sorted out the problem in a couple of hours, advised us on some additional circuit work we should consider, and confirmed that our router and our irrigation system were both blown. We work at home -- it was a significant impact to try work using our phones as "hot spots" while awaiting the delivery of a new router from the provider, which took 4 days because the problem occurred on a Saturday. So, Ricky and team? AAA+++ Company decision to send an amateur to diagnose an electrical problem, who then created more electrical problems and cost we will have to incur to replace the irrigation system? F for bad management judgment.

Attic Pros gave an estimate, cleaned out the attic, brought an electrician on site to okay the installation (our home is 100 years old and has knob and tube wiring), and then did an excellent job installing the installation. We're already enjoying a much cozier feeling at home. Thank you, Attic Pros!

Attic Pros were on time. Chris Cruz was the lead in the project of installing insulation under my house. He was knowledgeable, professional and had excellent communication and customer service skills. It took about 5 hours to do the work. They did an excellent job.

This company came in a updated our 40-year old home insulation with new R-38 batting. We were impressed how much attention to detail the company has for removing old insulation, clean-up, disinfection, and installing new insulation. They also replaced a damaged dryer vent in the crawlspace. Nico and Jeremy were a great combo to work with from quote through install. I plan on calling them back in spring for another project.
