They showed up with pinpoint pupils, reeking of marijuana. the 2 workers were nice enough, always polite. They did not have enough sod and a week later showed up with some leftover sod from another job, but still not enough. Attempted to contact them about the remaining and was told it was, "too hot to lay any more." I had another company come and finish the job.

"What are you HIGH? We brought out exactly what you paid for.. 2 pallets . You knew that you might be a little short. We only sell and purchase our sod by the pallet. 1 week later we had some left over from a job and brought it to you for FREE... And Yes, Sod installation is seasonal. So once it gets HOT. We stop installing it... I understand... You wanted more free grass. Oh..and my guys have worked for me for 7+ years now... they don't smoke the Weeds..."

The result was stunning; all the brown spots now have the Fescue growing with new runners from the original Augustine growing to fill the Fescue covered brown spots - amazing. I have been in my house for 21 years, following the initial build and have never seen the Augustine growing so well and looking so good in two front lawns and a large backyard lawn about 15000 square foot total

Very well. The owner came to look over my trees, was VERY informative and detailed, even gave me lawn care advice. We scheduled the service, and right on time, his crew showed up(with him) and performed the work. The trees look PHENOMENAL. Clean, letting more light in, off the roof, etc. Only thing I'd say was LESS than perfect, was at one point one of the limbs fell on my wife's Canna plants. Thankfully it only broke one stalk, and they have recovered fine. Also--I'd have preferred to have the "pruning sealer" sprayed on the trunk where the large limbs were cut off. Lastly--although they used a giant chipper to remove all the wood, there was still some little twigs/sticks across the front yard. I went back and picked them up. Overall--very happy with David and his team.

It Went great. David returned our call promptly. Came out and gave us a very fare quote. We set a date and time. David and his crew were right on schedule. They removed that large tree and debris completely. They trimmed up the other tree touching our roof. They literally cleaned and raked up anything left of the tree and debris. They did an incredible job, and they did it quickly. I can honestly say I was very impressed with there work and professionalism. I will refer David to all my friends and neighbors.

Vendor rescheduled first appointment and then stood me up for the second. When I called the vendor for an update, I was told by David that he didn't appreciate my attitude and would not be rescheduling a third appointment. I suspect David may have an issue with confrontation, in particular with women, and would truly benefit from a common courtesy class or googling "customer service - how not to be a jerk." I did find another vendor through Nextdoor that was half the price and didn't yell at me, so my lawn is installed and beautiful. This offer was promoted through Angie's List and supposedly an "A" vendor, so this is my last purchase and will be discontinuing by membership.

"for the 5th time. "I apologize". We reschedule due to the fact that I was very sick. We called to reschedule for a 2nd time due to the same reasons. Apparently, You did not get the message or something got mixed up on our end. I apologized several times and explained that I had food poisoning that would not go away. Probably by the 4th time I apologized and continued to receive your verbal abuse. I decided that this transaction was not going to work and suggested you getting a refund from Angies List. Too many Good and Nice people out there to work for."

David and crew were professional, punctual, and did a great job. Other than the sawdust remaining on the ground from the stump grinding, you can hardly tell a tree was even there. Did a great job with cleanup too!
