It went well. He showed up when promised and was able to clear the drain. Front loading washer, heavy to maneuver to get to the drain pump filter. Wish the drain pump filter on our whirlpool washer was more accessible. Cost is in line with other repair businesses.

AAA accommodated my rather hectic schedule, showed up on time and accurately diagnosed the problem. A major pump assembly had to be ordered, I agreed to the price, and the part was installed. All OK

Ted arrived on schedule and quickly diagnosed and replaced a faulty drain pump. It was fixed and reassembled within 1/2 hour.

Everything went well with AAA. My refrigerator issue wasn't urgent - I got an appointment about 4 days out, but then got a call back with an opening only 1 day out. The repairman arrived 15 min early - it would have been nice to get a call with a heads up, but I'll take early over late any day. It's rather anxiety-producing when there's a flat fee and then a fee for every 15 minutes, but he was able to diagnose the issue quickly as a defective damper. The quote to return, bring the replacement damper and replace it was $202. It looked straightforward to do, so I asked if I could do it myself. He was very helpful on this. From diagnosis to how to replace to chatting about our dogs (at my instigation), he was out the door in 15 minutes. The replacement damper came in the mail today from an online retailer, and I popped it right in. $63 on top of the $84 for the AAA visit, and I'm all set. I would definitely call AAA again - I trust them to do things right, at a price that is fair (and at which they can make a living).

Micheal called an hour before our appt. and let us know he's be on time. When he arrived he introduced himself an went right to work. He explained what he was doing showed us the defective element. He cleaned up any mess made sure the stove worked perfectly. When we were going to pay he realized we hadn't used our 20% off coupon for first time clients subtracted the amount and were thrilled. Micheal was a pleasure to have in our home and I would recommend Micheal and AAA appliance repair to everyone .We had a great experience and customer service is hard to find anymore but this company is doing it right .

This firm gets A's on professionalism, punctuality, and responsiveness, because the repairman met all those requirements admirably. BUT . . . after taking the dishwasher apart and putting it back together, and after a successful test of running it empty, the terrible noise was back during my next full load run. In all fairness, he hadn't been absolutely sure that his diagnosis was going to work, and I took a bit of a gamble letting him go ahead with the disassembly and reassembly. But alas. . .

Very well. The tech diagnosed the problem with the washer quickly and made a repair on the spot. With the oven he replaced the igniter, which he had in stock on thne truck.

Once they got there, everything went great. Serviceman was great. Office responsiveness, not so much.

AAA was able to come out the same day. took washer apart to find a broken piece in tub mounting. piece no longer available, but mike offered to spend time trying to find a salvage piece for it. i opted to get a new washer instead.
