The service was done online and thoroughly. Kevin Dave got online and walked through my problems, eliminating files, removing viruses and checking installed software. He also, found connections from unwanted users. This was done as I watched, and within a few hours my computer was cleaned and I have continuing service to monitor my system and solve my problems.

The pro as of today has not fixed my PC. I was charged for his trying to fix it. He worked at it, and when it appeared it want restarting by itself, he said it seemed to be fixed, but if it continued, I could call him back and he'd walk in it some more.
So far I haven't heard from him even though I've called several times and texted once.
I'm hoping he's an honorable man and will continue to work on it
