Keith came to the house and took my dead Windows PC back to his place for diagnosis. The motherboard was bad, so he recommended I get a new PC.  He made two recommendations, and I ordered one of them online. He came to the house again to pick up the new PC and returned yet again with all files transferred.  He also helped solve speed issues regarding my Internet service and configured by Smart TV to pick up the Internet signal. Best of all, he took the time to orient me to all of this and even troubleshot a problem remotely after leaving my place.   <br />
