Overall it was a very good experience. They showed up on time and did an excellent job of communicating the issue with me. Also, gave me multiple options on the repair which worked great for me as I'm on a budget. I'm glad I finally found a competent roofer. <br />

Augie did a great job on both our flat roofs. Augie's Flat Roofing completed a new Rubber Roof on our Apartment building. They gave us a 10 year Warranty. They were nice & friendly. They were on time each day and did a very clean job. The price was very reasonable too. We are very pleased with Augie & his company. They also did a flat row home White reflectable roof coating & repaired 2 leaks that we had. The roofs are not leaking anymore. We are very happy with Augie's service.

<blockquote> l  used Paul before.  He put on a rubber roof in 2010.  Every  three years the roof needs coating.   I called,him, he responded <br /> </blockquote> in a reasonable amount of time.  We set up a convenient time for the estimate.  He gave me what I considered a fair price and set a time for one week later.  Due to weather conditions, the start had to be delayed but Paul did call the night before and rescheduled.  It took two days <br /> to complete all the work.  He showed me pictures from his cell phone of the work in progress and upon completion.   He did all the work himself.  He cleaned up too. <br /> <blockquote> <br /> </blockquote> <blockquote>           Paul's rates were reasonable.  He was reliable and friendly.   He kept me informed.  .I would highly recommend him. <br /> </blockquote> <br /> <br />
