it went well. great work with great service. but 2 years later, it seems like they are out of business. website is gone and no answer or call back on the phone line. Perhaps Covid19 has put them out of business?!? left multiple messages. 2 years ago they answered phone and messages within minutes.

BEWARE - BAIT & SWITCH!!!!!

First, let me mention I am delinquent in posting this review. It was almost a month ago that my a/c was repaired. All went very well. Not only did Dominic accept my call to come to my house with very short notice to check the a/c, but arrived in the time frame as promised. I didn't have to wait long. He explained everything to me as I watched and answered all my questions. Didn't make me feel like I was bothering or in the way. He was professional, polite and came across as someone truly interested in finding and fixing the problem. The service call price (which was the most reasonable of all the others) was included in the final price. And I might add, Aurora had a $40.00 coupon which I didn't use because I was so impressed by Dominic and his work.

It was ok, I was not very impressed. They had very high ratings. When the tech came he cleaned the AC out as well as the humidity sensors, even after I told him that we had them. We went the whole weekend without AC and had to cancel our guest that were coming out. His supervisor saw the inconvenience we went through and left saying he would send a refund at my request, but I never heard from them. They had already charged me for a contract for coming out 6 months later to do maintenance. They also charged me for a deep cleaning.

I setup the appointment with lady and told her that I've found them through Angie's. She told me that service call is $49.95 and I told her about Angie's list coupon of $40 off any service call. She said show that to repair person and he will honor it. The repair person came and he first thought issue with old Air Filter and then he said that it's the issue with Low Frion. He gave me the estimate of $90/lbs frion of R22 which was too high and then he said that we need to find the leak as well. I ask to find the leak then he said he don't have estimate and I need to call the office for the estimate. I said ok then I will call the office tomorrow and get the appointment setup. He said you need pay $49.95 for the service call and I told him about Angie's list coupon of $40. He said print it for him and he will honor it. I print it and then he called the owner. Owner denied to accept the coupon and said I need to still pay $49.95. Anyhow I paid the requested money and next day called the office to complain about it. Office lady said she will call me back but never called. Next day I called another Angie's list AC repair and company they gave Frion estimate $20/lbs and they also said you book the service call $29 through Angie's list website for the saving. The guy was very professional and found that no issue with Air filter or Frion gas. He found that fan is not running and replaced a part for $137 and then everything is fine since then. Please avoid using this unprofessional company.

Gave us great advice and did not pressure us to get services we did not need. The owner is very hands on. Would recommend to anyone

They made 2 visits, were timely and efficient.

It was fine. They were okay. The communication was challenging, it was touch and go. The service I guess was okay, it was fine. You really can't schedule too far in advance. It kind of a short notice, they kind of canceled appointments on me. The guy didn't show because he had personal reasons, but not actually call to let me know, I had to call.

Bernard arrived on time and was professional and polite. He gave me two recommendations to help my A/C work better but did not pressure me into buying anything. I went forward with his recommendations and the A/C works great. I will definitely use Aurora Air again

Great, got quick call back after purchase, set up a time convenient to me, and service man called and arrived on time, went right to work and did full ck of A/ c with cln of coils and ck of system pressure, completed the job in efficient manner

All went well, they did not take advantage of us by selling us unneeded service, and were clear about th condition of our AC. They gave us options to consider.

Late, cancelled appointments. They recommended coil cleaning. Depending when I spoke to them, I received 3 different prices and then the next day saw a 4th price on Angie's list. When I asked to speak with owner, each said it was the other! The two technicians who came on the service were professional.

Appointment was established and confirmed. The company called to confirm the day prior to the scheduled appointment. They called on that day asking if they could come earlier than expected. Arrived on-time and performed the required maintenance. During their inspection they found a defective part and before replacing it they provided and estimate and completed the additional work successfully. I was totally satisfied.

I bought an angie's deal for an ac tune up for $49, they were only able to come out a week later but to my bad luck my ac stopped working. They stated that is was no problem that they would credit the amount of the ac tune up service to the service call. That did not happen, I was charged $350 to replace the capacitor which is a $20 part. I called around and found many other companies that are on Angie's list that charge alot less, like $150-$200. I tried to speak to management about the price and they came out to do the tune up but didn't even come inside to check the air handler or see how the ac was actually working. Such a waste of money, when your ac goes out call another company and save your money.

I am happy.
