I reached out to Aurora Door Service to see about getting a new garage door. Beth was extremely informative and was able to schedule a same day service. Kevin was punctual and the service was quick for him to remove the old door and install the new one. The door looks great and I would highly recommend them for anything that you need for your garage door!

I called a few companies who did not respond, or were very high priced. The service technician was on time, neat, clean, professional and explained the problems and solutions to me thoroughly. I will ABSOLUTELY recommend this company to my family, friends and neighbors! Thank you to Serviceman Jordan for a job well done!

Jordan came out to my house in a timely manner, he was very professional and prompting replacing the springs for my 2 car garage! The price was fantastic!!! Definitely will be calling them again for service!!!!

Perfect! I was so nervous that I would not have shutters in time for Irma. The team made it happen. They were professional, prompt and reliable. They showed up on time and took patience with me learning how to close and open them!

Of 3 people I know personally who do garage doors, Jordan was my the only person I'd trust to do the job right. He installed a new 2 car garage door, new rails and rollers, and new springs. He also helped to educate me on how my original opener works and told me why it was having trouble lifting my old door. The price though was the best part. He knows I have a baby due soon so he helped me pick something that would suit my needs, but not clean my accounts. Thanks brother!

Jordan was late in arriving. Claimed he could not find our house. He performed the work. In mid-January the garage door stopped working. Upon investigation found the bracket had ripped off the garage door. We had a company that specializes in garage door work, Branch Garage Doors (352) 394-5669, come out and assess what happened. They found that the improper springs were installed and this caused an excessive force to raise the door. They measured the force needed to raise the door at 68 pounds. They also showed me the springs installed did not match and were the wrong type for the door. This caused the bracket connecting the opener to the garage door to rip off. I reached out to Jordan 1/19/17 about fixing the door. He said he had moved to Miami. I emailed him 2/5/17 about the additional repairs and he has not responded. I paid Branch Garage Door $246 make repairs to the door and install new springs.

You don't find a service man who would tell you how to fix something simple yourself and not charge you (the instructions he gave me I found later on the back of the garage door opener) HONEST <br />

I purchased an Angie's List deal which included a Liftmaster opener, featuring wireless technology, a wall panel and a remote panel. For an additional charge, I added a wireless hub to connect to my wireless router. The provider had this in stock, which was convenient. <br /> The purchase and installation process went very smoothly. I was contacted quickly by Howen and got an appointment that worked for my schedule. The installer was on time and did the work very quickly. He also did a quick check up on my garage door and cleaned up nicely.  <br /> In all, this was a very good experience and we are very happy with the new opener. <br />

They were very polite and did the job very well. I would use them again. <br />

Ok, this is embarrassing, but I made the mistake of opening my garage door while the rear hatch of my SUV was open. The hatch was snagged by the door on the way up and near ripped it off!   I pulled the little red rope to release the door from the opener and closed it, but it was clearly damaged. While one side was nearly closed, the other side was over a foot off the ground. Uh oh.  One of the cables had snapped off too. I couldn't open the door, even manually. it was 7pm and I had places to be the next morning, so I called Howen after seeing they offer 24 hour emergency service.  I was delighted that they answered the phone and said they'd be here in an hour!  Jordan showed up on time and in about 45 minutes he had everything fixed. The door is working wonderfully now. And I thought the price was very reasonable, especially since it was an "emergency" call at night. No extra charge for that. And he gave me a 10% discount for finding him on Angies List. A+++. <br />

I can't say enough good things about Mr Howen and his son. They scheduled a repair call and they were there right on time. The work was done professionally and before they left they made sure the door worked perfectly.  In fact, it worked better than it has ever worked. <br /> They made sure the springs were balanced perfectly and oiled all the places that needed oiling. My door was so noisy before that when I opened it, all the birds in the neighborhood flew off in terror. Now, I can barely hear it. Just the quiet hum of the motor. <br /> I highly recommend The Howen Garage Door Company. Their prices were excellent and the quality of the work was excellent too. <br />

Purchased the garage door service and selected the wireless remote. <br /> Jordan arrived 2 minutes before estimated time.  He fixed the garage door eyes which weren't allowing open/close function, installed the wireless remote and replaced the garage door rollers.  He even tightened up the buttons on our mounted wall buttons. <br /> Garage door now works flawlessly and much quieter. <br /> Couldn't be happier with the service.  Highly recommend! <br />

Prompt and excellent service

I had booked Howen for a garage door spring replacement, after my DIY efforts had failed twice. I only expected Howen to resuspend and balance the door, so I could finish the job myself: reattach the belt/trolley and adjust the travel. They fixed every issue, including a broken spindle I didn't know about, and did it very affordably. Would heartily recommend! <br />
