"I cleaned [Member Name Removed]’s house and charged $150 for my services. She has since claimed that "nothing was ever cleaned," which is factually incorrect. During my visit, I swept and mopped the bedroom, hallway, stairs, living room, and kitchen. The mop water was changed four times throughout the process. Additionally, I changed the bedsheets and placed the used ones in the washing machine. No additional laundry was done, nor was any laundry left scattered. [Member Name Removed] also stated that "the vacuum was scattered all over the home" and that laundry was "all over the place." These claims are inaccurate. The house does not have carpet, so no vacuuming was performed, nor was a vacuum used or left out. It’s important to note that the house has approximately twelve cats and a dog, with pet food present in the kitchen and bedrooms. There is also cat litter in all bathrooms and absorbent pee pads throughout the home. These conditions understandably require extensive and ongoing cleaning. I acknowledge that I left cleaning supplies in a small cabinet in the living room, near the kitchen. This was done with the understanding—based on our verbal agreement—that I would return the following day to continue cleaning. I was fully aware that additional work was needed and even communicated my plan to spend more time on a thorough cleaning during the second visit. The first visit lasted approximately 2.5 hours.
