He got here and determined that the connection was fine and that a CD was stuck in the player. We removed and it began working fine. I then asked him if he could sync the remotes so I would only have to use 1. He said he could and started to work on it, but had a computer issue and had to go home and he took the remotes with him to work on. He came back the next day and worked for a couple hours before having to leave again. He came the following day, worked for a couple hours before saying that nothing was working and leaving. My home theater was working before he came and now nothing is working at all. I called him and he said he would fix it, but that was 2 weeks ago and I have not heard from him. I am very unhappy with this experience.

Excellent results. Upgrades were thoroughly discussed in advance or work starting. Installation work was done with better than expected results. Chris is an excellent technician. Would recommend his services to anyone wanting quality work.
