Fantastic. They not only raised the canopy and thinned out the interior of all the trees, they even trimmed the neighbors trees that were growing into our yard and trees. They were punctual and professional. We would definitely hire them again.

Completed the job quickly and when I noticed a portion of the job had been missed, I contacted Scott, who was very pleasant and knowledgeable to work with, and he sent the crew back out without hesitation to compete the job to my satisfaction!

Look no further ... you have found the best!  This was a big job as our trees had not gotten much TLC in a number of years.  Scott came by, did an assessment, emailed an estimate, we said "go." The crew arrived and made rapid progress in getting it all done ... and we added a few additional tasks.  The estimate was revised and the crew got it all done in less than a day.  Immaculate clean up.  Our trees are happy, they look great and our lawn is getting much needed filtered sunlight.  Very happy customer! 

We had a tree split in half during a storm, and Scott came out shortly after being called and gave us an estimate to remove that tree and trim up 13 trees. His crew came the next day to get the tree off our roof and then came back 4 days later and finished trimming up the remaining trees. Scott was very personal and professional. His crew was very efficient and did everything we asked them to do. The Forman, Angel, pointed out some things that needed to be taken care of that we didn't notice. They took care of those problems. They were very careful in not damaging our shrubbery, plants, and rain gutters. They did an excellent job cleaning up when done.

The crew did a great job.  There was a bit of mis-communication regarding the appointment time, as well as the renting of a stump grinder to complete the job.  I thought I was going to have to re-schedule to have the tree stump grounded out.  However, Austex Tree Service immediately called and found a stump grinder to rent and the job was completed the same afternoon.  They went above & beyond after realizing there had been a mistake with the order.  I have used Austex Tree Service before, and they have been professional and did a great job.  I will use them again in the future. <br />

On time, worked fast cleaned up, good price, have used in past, with same satisfaction. <br />

They did a great job. They did not hit the fence and nothing went into the neighbor's yard. They used a chipper to grind down the stump which was really nice. They cleaned up everything and shredded everything. They also planted a tree to replace where one was taken out. We had another stump that had been left previously left. They did a beautiful job. The guy who runs the business is an Arborist which is really nice.

It was a good experience overall - easy, reliable and quick. I called, they explained exactly what they would be doing and they came out in the timeframe they said they would. It was nice because they didn't require that I be at my home to do the work. They called me afterwards for credit card payment over the phone. It was a small job - grinding two tree stumps - but they have a special machine that does it quickly. Based on this one experience I would use this and their other services again.

A little bit of a communication problem when I sent them an email and the person who read it later thought it had gotten to the right person, but it hadn't. So he gave me the right person's cell phone number. They were on time and they had somebody who understood English. Their price sounded good to me and they did a good job. In the process, they had to hold out of the way a telephone cable that goes from the house to the pole. Sometime later, when I was cutting the grass, I noticed that that cable now was sagging down to only 6'3" above the ground. I called to tell them and they were very prompt to come out and fix it. I mention the cable issue not as a gripe, but as an indicator of excellent follow-up service. My next door neighbour decided to have them trim some large dead branches while they were doing my work and they were flexible to do that also, at what seemed to us to be a reasonable price. I have used Austex before and will call them the next time I need tree work done.

They had come out when they said they would, and did a good job. They finished in about two hours. It was remarkable that they could do all that so fast. They knew what they were doing and didn’t waste any time.

I didn't hesitate to call these folks when I needed three dead trees removed since they had previously done excellent work for my father. They came to give me an estimate the same morning that I called, and returned promptly at 8:00 AM the next day to perform the service. They removed a full grown dead ash tree, a half-dead 40-foot cottonwood, a 12-foot cottonwood, a huge overgrown bush, and trimmed branches away from the roof on two sides of the house. They also completely ground the stumps and raked the sawdust, ran the trees through a chipper, and cleaned everything up afterward as if they had never been there, except for the fact that my yard looked great! Because they had done work at my dad's house, they didn't charge me for the small tree, the stump grinding, the bush, or the branch trimming - just for the two big trees. The work was finished by 12:30 PM. They didn't ask for payment until the work was completed and done to my satisfaction.
