Bruce and company did a wonderful job paying the parking lot. Bruce always answered the phone when I called him. Thatâ  s an unique And special quality of a good boss. I would recommend to anyone. He is on time and on point and not trying to sell you anything more. A truly professional! Thank You Bruce!

We could not be happier. They came out quickly to bid. Showed up to execute on time and did a great job. ALL of their crew was professional and friendly. I wish I knew these guys before I retired as I needed a lot of asphalt work at my hotels. This 2500 foot job in my backyard looks like a highway now.

They were prompt. They did exactly what they said they would. At the price they said they would. It took one handshake and it was done. Thank you fine sirs. I have a useable driveway again cause of you.

Very nice fellow but I guess you get what you pay for. The pricing was reasonable the work seemed OK at the time but they made a bunch of asphalt black colored wheel marks from their big machine in the street at the end of my driveway that a year later remain. It is unattractive and not what I bargained for. I was told they would wear off and I'm not sure if that will happen in my lifetime. The thickness of the overlay of asphalt is not to my satisfaction as we had tree sucker shoots popping through only a few months after the work was done. I called to ask about it and was told no warranty on that kind of thing. The pieces of asphalt that are coming up and basically crumbling in that area are quite thin. These were very nice people but I think I would have gone a different direction had I known the coverage wasn't going to last even a year in places. Most of the driveway looks good but I will have to have a different company come out and redo part of it. Not as "affordable" after all.

On-time, professional, delivered a bit more than expected!

Unfortunately the turn around time for asphalt to be delivered, was slow 1.5-2hrs. Reason was, the local plant was making a different type or batch. So, the truck had to go back to their area plant and get the asphalt. I have a one year warranty. So, I shall see how it holds up. The crew was nice and performed their task well. Maybe, I'm just an old goat being nervous. Bruce and the creww were professional in their actions.

Hire them to bring in and level road base for a metal building. They were prompt and courteous. When the building installers arrived they stated that the area was 4" out of level and would charge me extra to level the base. I sent pictures and multiple texts and never got a reply. I hired them to level the area and that did not happen. Ignoring my messages is unacceptable!!!!!! I have never written a bad review but is needed in this case. Bruce, If you read this call me!!!

These guys did the job I hired them for. They were friendly and professional. I plan to call them again when I get around to the other driveway.

Bruce and his dad did an excellent job. Was prompt on the job and got it completed on time. The job had its challenges with a few of the rocks out in Burnet. Anyone knowing about dolomite can understand. Drive looks good. Will be having them back to install more after house and barn is built.

When we gave Austin Affordable Asphalt the go ahead they finished the job the following. Very good job. Parking lot looks really nice.

Work was performed well, with the right equipment, and by nice, easy to work with professionals. Price was reasonable, but did change (increase) during work. There were delays in obtaining the materials for the job, but everything was completed on time and looks great. I would definitely hire Affordable Asphalt again if I needed their services.

Bruce was very prompt in responding to my initial request for a bid. He showed up at the property dot on time and gave me a very reasonable estimate for the job. He even sent me addresses of jobs he had worked on earlier. On the day of the job he showed up on time with his father and cousin. They kept to the schedule and did a very good job. I am happy with his service and plan to employ him again for the next project.
