These guys are FANTASTIC! I have now used them twice to move commercial exercise equipment, which requires them to disassemble a pilates reformer and a treadmill, move them, and reassemble the pieces. The team members -- from the intake person who schedules you on the phone to the moving crew -- are super nice and professional, and they are much more cost competitive and RESPONSIVE than the other movers I found that supposedly specialize in moving exercise equipment. I highly recommend Austin Moving Forward.

Poorly. Austin Moving Forward gave me an estimate below $800, plus they promised me 5+ hours. The movers spoke little or no English. Brought in the largest size boxes threw only a few items in each box and taped it up. They were careless and in a huge hurry and, in fact, they left before the promised 5 hours was up without having completed the job. There were so few items in each of their boxes that we had unpacked all their boxes, folded them and put outside before they finished unloading the truck. However, because the man scribbled something on each box, Austin Moving Forward could not or would not buy them back. So the man just took them. He said, I’ll give you a discount. He did not. I called Austin Moving Forward two separate times to file a complaint. I spoke with the Owner who was very apologetic and assured me that she would review the bill. However, when the final bill came in, it was well over the original estimate, even though I was shorted both time and labor. We will never use Austin Moving Forward again. The movers were careless, reckless, and in far too much of a hurry. They also charged me a gas surcharge of $45. I literally moved less than half a city block. In the same apartment complex.

They were on time. They were quick and they were very careful with everything. They did a wonderful job. They got there by 8:30 and we finished by 12:30, before 12:30. I don?t remember exactly. It was a very, very good move.
