"I have no record of you ever calling my company you have got the wrong company if you can show me proof I would like to see it I have never been to your house there is no record of you ever calling my company you might have me mixed up with somebody else but this is not the same company I'm sorry you had that experience but it was not with this company and not only that $1,800 to calibrate a Viking oven there's no such thing would not happen you would have to replace something calibrating would mean you just calibrate the flames what you cannot do on the Viking so I don't know who this is or if it's another company making it up I don't know but it definitely wasn't my company that was out there for sure if so my phone number is 629-204-9058 call me and show me a receipt and I will be more happy to take care of it but it wasn't me"

"We are a very trustworthy and honest company and again I normally don't respond to reviews but you can't keep everyone happy first off if you felt that way about my tec why did you not stop the process and say you felt uncomfortable and gave him go before he completed the job I am the co owner and office manager and this is the first I heard of this so I could of never made a attempt to rectify the situation we have no problem giving a refund if that's what it came to but like I said this is a first for me so I have seen the several texts between you and the tec and every time the tec was on his way no one could be available so now you wanna complain but never to the office I'm sorry you felt this way and we didn't even have the chance to make things right but I assure you my technician's are professionals in all there fields so again I'm sorry you had this experience."
"this is Nicole with authorized appliance repair services I am the office manager here at the company and this review I normally do not respond to our negative reviews because of course you can't keep everybody happy but this one right here was a straight lie I kept correspondence with Ms [Member Name Removed] on Friday and she realized that she had the wrong phone number for the Technician after I provided her with the correct phone number they corresponded with each other as I have in a screenshot from the technician after I looked into it further so she lied to me and said he never responded [Member Information Removed] not once and I don't think that is far that she could just lie so bluntly to me but The [Member Name Removed]'s will receive a refund for what is owed but they did lie 100%Tap on a clip to paste it in the text box."
"We gave refund in full!!!! which we have no problem giving refunds if that's what they request but normally we try to fix the problem and as you see we do fix the problem We come right back out either that day or the next day and we try to fix the problem sometimes it calls for more parts which the technician explains that to them while they're there if this does continue to happen your problem this is required but in some cases people aren't happy with that and we understand that but the refund was given in full"
