Very professional and courteous. Talked me through the whole process and costs, including estimated time and fee for diagnosis to estimated repair costs and completion time. Communicate very well through the whole process by first telling you when they will call to give you the diagnosis and then the completion estimate. And when the work is completed you get a head-up call (or in my case, I chose text) so you can plan your time for pickup. They stick to their fee estimate, as long as what they quoted is what actually is wrong and fixed. I liked the service so much I added on a full LOF and wiper blade change. And a month later I brought in the car to fix the A/C actuator and a broken hood support (pneuamatic), and once again, very professional, prompt and communicative. Will use again for regular car maintenance, and their pricing was reasonable for all the work that needed to be done between both jobs.

Overall, they were very professional from start to finish. They called before starting work if it would cost a certain amount. Per hour I think they're a bit more expensive than usual. After a couple minutes of research I read the problem they found with my AC is very common for the car I have. Had I known that, I wouldn't have approved them to do the expensive electrical testing. Oh well.

Very easy to make an appointment with. They were very prompt in calling with the details of what was wrong with the vehicle, what needed to be done to fix it, and an accurate quote. Once the go ahead was given to fix the vehicle the work was completed quickly. I have never felt that they were trying to push unnecessary services or parts on me. They do a nice job of pointing out things that were nearing the end of their service life (ie brakes) and would probably need replacement soon. However, they also told me that I could get a few more months out of them before needing to be replaced. Overall, great service on my vehicles, good communication and great customer service. <br />

They are very fair in price. They also access your car and tell you whats going on. You can even get a loaner if needed. I would recommend them.

I brought the care in. They told me it would take from 1-1 1/2 hours, and it took 45 minutes. They said that everything was fine except for one minor problem with the rear brakes, and I okayed them to fix it. That fix took less than a half hour, so I wasn't in there very long at all. They have a TV to watch and free wifi, so I kept busy.
