We contacted Auto Glass Repair & Replacement about 4 weeks ago to have the windshield replaced on our GMC Van.  They were wonderful!  They called to schedule the replacement, showed up on time, and did a beautiful job.   We were so happy we called them back to do the windshield on another vehicle and it was an exceptionally good experience as well.  Great prices and great service - I highly recommend this business! <br />

We called Auto Glass Repair and Replacement to get a quote (one of many) to replace the windshield of our 2008 Ford Escape.  Their price was the lowest of all the quotes we received and their timeline for installation was great.  They were honest that they could not schedule us within the week, but the available times they had worked well for our schedules. <br /> They came to my work to do the replacement.  They called to say they were on their way and called again once they arrirved.  I brought the repairman to my car and the work was done quickly, in a professional manner and very neatly.  The payment was exactly as quoted and the window is great. <br /> I liked the work and the service so much, I called them a month later to replace the windshield of another of our cars.  These guys are great, friendly and really seem to know what customer service is and treat their customers with respect.  I'll use them again when I need another new windshield. <br />

<p>I was extremely dissatisfied with previous large name brand windshield repair companies and went looking for something new on Angie's List. Selected AGR&R and contacted them. Jewel was very friendly in setting up the service on the phone and promptly set up a date and time for this job.  That Saturday, Larry came by right on schedule and proceeded to replace all three windshields.  His service was very courteous and extremely professional.  His attention to detail was superb and he did extra touches to ensure each windshield was seated properly and sealed firmly.  Note that the cost was $100 deductible per windshield and applied the $60 Angie's List coupon to each purchase (total cost $120).  Larry and Jewel are masters at this profession!  AGR&R is now my windshield replacement choice and I highly recommend this business to others.  </p> <br />

This is about the best consumer experience I've had in 21 years in Colorado Springs.  I'd always used the big company before, but the last two windshield replacements were mediocre at best.  Larry cleaned up their mess and did an outstanding job on both windshields.  He's very meticulous, and made sure everything was done perfectly.  I've only written one other review on Angie's List, but this excellent company deserves my praise and will certainly get my future business. <br /> <br /> <br />

Auto Glass Repair and Replacement did a super job.  They were on time, installed quality replacement glass in less than 45 minutes at my home, and did a high quality job.  Their price was lower than other competitors I checked and they handled all the insurance contact and paperwork.  I will use them again if replacement is needed.

AGRRCO did an excellent job.  They arrived at the time we scheduled at my home and completed the job in just over an hour.  I have a rain sensor and auto mirror and it was removed and reinstalled with high quality craftsmanship (not just torn off and stuck back on!) There was no residue or glass from the old windshield in the car, and the quality and craftsmanship of sealing the window was top rate. The price was much lower than their competitors'. They did all the insurance contact and paperwork.  I am very pleased with the total job and will definitely use them again.

I called to inquire about an estimate of cost to replace my windshield on Thursday.  They gave me an estimate based on using a coupon discount from a well publicized advertising source.  My insurance deductible was higher than windshield cost so I was looking for a good cost estimate.  I liked the estimate so scheduled the time for the following Monday.  They gave me a 1 hour window for arrival.  At the scheduled time they arrived to perform the replacement and it took about 45 min as he had stated.  The installer seemed to me to be very knowledgeable about the installation and he proceeded to complete the work with no problems encountered.  I was happy with the price and the work. <br />
