this company has never disappointed me and the technician who comes to service and check out my heat and air conditioning is always on point. Always A+++++.

The tech showed up on time, went right to work, answered my questions while he was servicing my unit. He was on time, very polite and friendly.

Automatic Climate replaced the HVAC system in my home. I have a twin heat pump system. One system leaks, it needs to be refilled with refrigerant twice a year. Automatic climate tried to repair the system once then refused to attempt a second time because "we didn't make anything on that job to begin with". I drafted a suit and they showed up. I spoke with Alan Purser and agreed to drop the suit if they fixed the system. They came out and ran a new high side line down the side of my home attempting to secure it with metal clips which would have left rust stains a few years down the road. Fortunately I caught them and sent one of their crew to Home Depot for plastic clips. This spring I managed to get hold of some R-410-A so I decided to just charge the system myself rather than fight with Alan about it. When I went to refill the system I discovered his folks had put locks on the system. I called and asked to have them removed and was told they'd send someone out. It didn't happen. I called back and was told the dispatcher forgot to send someone, but someone would be out today. Hours later I was told Alan the owner had cancelled the appointment. Needless to say this guy is a nightmare.

Technician came out a few days before the job to assess what was needed. Two days later two technicians came and removed the old system and installed in the new one. Job took about 7 hours. They were neat, efficient and very professional. We have had out annual maintenance agreement with them for the last 5 years. I would definitely recommend them!

Michael and Chris did a comprehensive inspection and estimate. It was complicated because they had to increase the airflow and they had to figure out a way to add supply vent. The possible solutions were thoroughly explained beforehand. It took longer than they expected for the install because they tried to minimize the aesthetic impact when installing a new vent. They also had to find a way to get the inside unit into the crawlspace without digging up the well wall. They did a great job and did not charge more than the contract estimate even though it took more time, manpower and equipment than the calculated for the estimate. The crew members were all courteous, knowledgeable and efficient - exceedingly professional. They cleaned up completely when they were done including removal of the old system. Would definitely use Automatic Climate again.

A.C showed up on time and did the work as promised. It's not a lot ot comment on when the expectations are met. A.C did great job and this was a check up on the my home A/C unit, which I do yearly.

Zach did excellent job checking, maintaining, diagnosing, repairing 3 HVAC systems. Very thorough, as well as knowledgeable, courteous, professional, courteous, neat (always wore shoe covers in house). Charged refrigerant, replaced capacitor.

The sales associate was on time, install techs were on time and everything went great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I have no experience with their service dept since nothing has gone wrong in the last 4 months. The did say I would not save money since my previous heat pump had a higher SEER rating than what I purchased but here they were wrong, I am saving money since the system works so well and it's quiet which my neighbor appreciates. Alan Jr at Automatic Climate was very easy to work with and provided a fair price for a new system install at our house. The installation crew were friendly, hard working and kept the workspace clean and neat. But the best part was the follow up after to ensure the system was operating at peak performance! Great job guys!

The guy was very professional but the price was outrageous. I had to pay because I didn’t have any heat and I feel the capitalize on that fact. I would never use them again

I did some self repairs to a sink and toilet and manged to have a leak in both so I called automatic to inspect both. By the time the service arrived, both issues seemed to have resolved themselves. The technician still took the time to review both areas, ensure everything was functioning properly, tighten up a few items and double check there were no other issues. In the end he felt it was fair to only charge the assessment fee since there really was no work to be performed. That type of honesty is why I have used automatic repeatedly and will continue to use them in the future. Definitely recommend.

Technician was scheduled next morning to arrive (would have been same day but I wasn’t available). They showed up promptly and were very professional. They answered all of my questions which I had a lot and got the heat back up and running quickly. Blown fuse and wires needed adjusting. Plus he helped with checking out the system closely. Was really great and will definitely call them first for maintenance and future repair.

Upon experiencing deficiencies in the cooling of my home over the summer, I had my heat pump inspected by a local HVAC service. They were contracted through my home warranty plan and I do not recall the company name. I was told that the system had just become "too old" and was not repairable. I began the process of soliciting quotes for replacement. I called a local "big" company who I won't name, but is well known through their TV advertising and locally flavored name. They sent out a representative who briefly opened the door to my crawlspace, then viewed and photographed my air handler without stepping inside. From this I received a quote for a brand new heat pump system. Two days later I called Automatic Climate Control to ask for a quote for comparison. Michael Snipes came out the next day, opened the door to the crawlspace and immediately saw a section of ductwork collapsed on the ground and broken open. He then entered the crawlspace and spent about 20-30 minutes evaluating the situation. He provided me with quotes to replace the system, but not before explaining to me that much of my cooling problems were due to the collapsed and open duct work. Inside that ductwork was considerable mold and other biohazards, which he had photographed and showed me. He suggested to me that I open a service request to have the system looked at again, even if I chose to have another company do this, before I decide to replace it. I did make a call for service that afternoon, and I requested Automatic Climate Control through my home warranty contract. Their technician came out the next day, found the duct work broken in three places and losing 80% of the conditioned air into the crawlspace. He also found that the blower motor was faulty and needed replacement. I had Automatic Climate Control replace the blower motor which was covered under warranty. I also had them replace the main trunk of duct work which had collapsed and was biologically contaminated, and clean my remaining duct work. This was all done promptly in a single day. I am happy to say that my home is cooler and cleaner smelling than it has been in years, thanks to Michael and ACC. They chose to do right by me and not just offer to replace a system at considerable cost, which I didn't need. I will look to them for all of my service needs in the future, and when it comes time to actually replace my aging heat pump, Automatic Climate Control will be doing the installation. They saved this customer thousands of dollars instead of selfishly lining their own pockets. Thank you so much!
