My wife and I are absolutely delighted with Automotive Restoration Experts'  PERFECT repair of the severely damaged areas on our front bumper.....and all within 24 hours! <br /> Not only does it look like a brand-new bumper, but Kevin and his talented crew saved me <em><strong>several </strong><strong>hundreds</strong></em> of dollars in the process. <br /> (I've got the proposal from my local body shop for a new bumper to prove it!) <br /> I'll be recommending these guys to everyone I know who needs their bumper repaired, and I'm sure I'll need to visit them again right before my lease is up. <br />

I met Troy (the owner) for an estimate.  He explained in detail the work that was to be performed.  He even recommended wetsanding and buffing the scratches on the front bumper as opposed to completely repainting the bumper, which would obviously cost more.  When I called Troy to schedule the work, I was able to bring my car in the next day.  The repairs were professionally done and turned out great.  <br />

I tore the left mirror off my 2003 toyota Corella car.  I was so very upset after the accident and Tory on Angie's List.  I call Tory. <br /> Tory helped me by talking with me for sometime.  He told me that it would take him about one hour to replace the mirror.  He order the part and called me when it came to his shop.  I was so nervous driving on the highway to Tory shop but before I left home,  Tory talked to me and calmed me down before I left home.  Working with Tory and his men was a good expierence and I would recommend him to any and everyone that needs car body work.  The fact is that I have already recommended his business to two other people. <br /> Thank You Automotive Restoration Experts (Tory). <br />

As a result of a minor neighborhood accident, we needed the body work noted above done on our 1998 Chevy Prizm. I found Automotive RX on Angie's list, gave them a call, and went in for an estimate. From the first encounter Troy was focussed on making sure our needs were met as customers. He quickly and accurately assessed the damage (both hidden and readily visible), worked to find available parts (not always easy for a 15-year old car), and developed a written quote while I was in his office. The quote included the option of new factory parts vs. aftermarket parts, giving us the choice of saving a few $ as he knew this work would be paid for out-of-pocket.  <br /> Troy notified us when the parts came in and we scheduled an appointment. Auto RX completed all the work in the same day. The quality of the work was excellent. The new parts fit perfectly; the paint jobs (both the full bumper painting and the touch-up) make the body parts look like new, yet they do not standout as different from the adjacent body parts not affected by the accident.  <br /> Auto RX is the gold standard by which all businesses delivering automotive services should be measured. They are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and do not work to sell you services/parts that are not needed. Troy went out of his way to explain exactly what needed to be done and how they would do it, including taking me into the shop to view work in-progress on other customer's cars. Auto RX does not do major body work, but for anybody needing minor body work, parts replacement, painting, or detailing, I recommend Auto RX without hesitation.

I was introduced to AutoRX through a friend who knew about my accident and had used them previously for some paint work.  I called to ask about getting an estimate and was able to bring the van right in and receive a free estimate (which ended up being equal to the actual bill).  I interacted directly with Troy, the owner of the shop, who answered my questions, was responsive to phone calls, and stuck to the timeline and estimate he laid out for me. <br /> <br /> The results were great.  The paint job was done on the left side of the vehicle only, but it is such a good match that you can't tell where the original paint ends and the new paint begins.  The molding and fender, which were replaced entirely, also look as good as new.  I felt the price was reasonable given the combination of parts and body work and the paint job.
