I?m just going to let the photos speak for themselves. >20 visits still defective, condensate pump caught on fire due to improper wiring. This is new AC they advised I had to have to. replace my not even 4 year old AC. The whole thing has been a nightmare, that apparently they know nothing about.

Brian came by to do our periodic electrical inspection yesterday and I could not have been happier with how things went. He was very detailed and reminded me of a few things I had on a honey do list and had forgotten about. Needless to say I was able to check them off after he did the fixing. Thanks Brian.
