Terrible. Originally came out to inspect the problem. They said I needed a new water heater and they would order it. They also said I needed to add some base boards in the attic in order to do the job safely. No problem and I did that. When they came out with the water heater a different technician said I need to build a bridge over two A/c units before they can install. Said they have someone that can do this for $200. I asked if I could get the water heater over next to the bad water heater and they could come back and just install it. They agreed to that. My 15 year old son and I had it in position in less than 5 minutes. When they came back to install it the technician asked to borrow my hose which I got for him and helped him hook it up. That was the last time I was in the attic. He finished up in about an hour or so and I thought everything was fine. I woke up this morning at 3:30 am to water dripping from my bedroom ceiling. I immediately went into the attic and couldn't believe what I saw. The A/C drain line had been busted and actually duct taped back together in two spots. The new water heater was approximately 2-3 feet from the one that needed to be replaced. In between the two at floor level were a couple of drain lines. One being the A/C drain that was broken. At some point when the plumber was moving the old one out or new one in he busted the A/C drain. At the same side of the drain line I noticed the drain pan under the heater had been crushed as well. I called first thing this morning to let Available plumbing know I needed this repaired. The owner called me back and said he spoke to the technician and he reported the drain line was already duct taped together when he got there????? Wow! That was not the response I expected. His plumber just moved two very heavy water heaters across that line yet they didn't do it. He also said the technician didn't report this to me because I left before he was finished???? I was home when he got here, checked on him several times and was home when he left. I never left my house when he was here. Owner agreed to send someone out to inspect the situation. A new tech came out and inspected the damaged area. While inspecting we noticed the plumber didn't even reinstall the pop off drain to the new water heater. He court the drain to the old heater and just left it unattached dangling in the air. The owner instructed this tech to install the pop off drain but would not allow him to repair the broken drain line that caused all the damage. I had to go to Home Depot to get the parts for the drain repair. Now I'm stuck with a damaged ceiling from the water. The owner will not discuss this with me and hung up the phone on me.
"Again mr [Member Name Removed] was denied due to access to his water heater. He choose not to have us create the access. When we got to his home Freon lines were busted and taped over with deuctape all we did was replace his heater in good faith we offered to repair his lines at no charge. he refused, Were sad that mr Diantoni feels that way However, theres no more that we can do. Again we can fix the line at no charge"

See above. The issues were finally fixed.
Response from Available Plumbing
"I'm sorry that we didn't rank an A. Please keep in mind that when home warranty work is done, we can't replace if it can be fixed. Sometimes locating a part can't be done as easily as replacing something. We are in contract with every major warranty company. And I am very sorry if your expectations weren't met. However. If you bypass the warranty company I can assure you it would have been replaced but the bill would have been higher than 75 dollars. The warranty company supplements any work. Thank you for your feedback. My cell is 4532740 if you have any other concerns"

They did a good job. Showed up when they said they were going to show up and out of the other estimates I received they were the best. They cleaned up after themselves and the whole job went really well.

We recently had to call Available Plumbing b/c one of our bathroom faucets would not stop leaking. It was on a Monday when we called & they were able to get to us the same day. The repair did not take very long & the price was really good. We will definitely use them again. Glad we could get the problem fixed so easy
noticed a hot spot on the floor in the bed room, told my husband about it and he went outside. came back said meter was moving and he was going into the attic to turn off the water heater. he went back outside and the meter quit spinning,he said we needed to call a plumber. i told him we couldn't get a plumber on saturday and if we could we couldn't afford weekend rates. he said he seen a sign and called . we had a guy at the house within an hour and in no time they determined we did have a slab leak. we discussed the financial end of the deal and we got an estimate. we were told another company could handle the work if we wished to do so but that they were competitive with their rates. we decided to go ahead. it took about 4 hours and the technician explained he was going to have to cut some holes in the walls to test the lines to find the one leaking . he only cut what he had to and made sure he was in the right spot before doing so. he answered all our questions about how and why we had the leak and how they were going to fix the problem. overall a good experience. will definitely use in the future.
performed the job to great satisfaction, did their best to keep all the dirty stuff off my floors, cleaned up their mess as they went. water heater was in the attic and my wife had concerns it would fall through the roof, the plumber ensured her that it was properly installed from the previous plumbers/ builder. that it was on a stable platform and that things would be good soon. overall we were pleased with the service we received.
