We had the area cleaned to be ready. Mr. Eric was rather professional, polite and courteous. Came in at the appointed time, completed the job, and was paid promptly, The job included cleaning up some pretty dirty areas on commonly used locations. Very well done! Thanks. The cleaning work was on two floors, systematically from the farthest place within the house upstairs to the front door. The whole area dried out overnight.

My carpets have never been cleaned so well. We have a dog who has piddled and left stains, and all of them came out. He was careful not to damage any furniture or walls, and I am extremely pleased. The treatment came to $198.72 before tax, but it included pet treatment and stain removal.

I was impressed with how quickly Avalanche was able to come up to our area to clean the carpet and tile in an older home that we had recently purchased. The previous owner had many indoor cats and Avalanche was able to get many years' worth of dirt, grime, and hair out before we moved in. I will definitely use their services again.

Outstanding! No spots remain, carpet soft and fluffy under foot! Pleasant, capable Technician very comfortable with pets. He used the latest equipment, and the carpet, which is over 17 years old, looks like new again! Very reasonable price for very efficient service. I have recommended this service to friends, and would definitely use them again. They offer a wide range of cleaning services, including stone, tile, upholstery, leather, dryer vent, among others. I have used Eric before for cleaning my carpet and have been very satisfied with his services, but today he performed a miracle. I thought I was going to be forced to replace my carpet after my dog chewed a Sharpie pen that left multiple stains. My carpet is cream colored. Needless to say I was extremely pleased. He was here for two hours and charged me $90. Considering new carpet would have cost $3200 for the room, I couldn't be happier.

Cleaning was great, but I was charged above the promotional price paid on Angie's List for the service. Extra was the cost charge to the company by Angie's List. I did not think it was fair.

Eric is an expert in cleaning and he was able to find the right products to use to clean and shine the bricks that were particularly badly spotted and ugly. When I have more time, I will ask him to clean and shine all the other bricks with the same products because the result was that the bricks look new again.

The service was excellent. The provider called to schedule cleaning within a day of my purchase. I needed to delay the service, so scheduled a few weeks later. The technician arrived early, after checking with me, was generous in computing the area to be included, worked quickly, and the result of cleaning was excellent.

Cleaned carpets in 3 bedrooms, dining and living rooms, plus took 2 large wool rugs away for cleaning. Got out a spot in bedroom carpet left by a previous cleaning company. Very fast turnaround on the 2 rugs! Excellent, prompt, thorough service!

Excellent! The carpet had some serious stains that I wasn't able to clean without professional help. The men from Avalanche got the job done quickly and thoroughly. They arrived promptly and did just what was originally requested. The stains were cleaned and the carpet wasn't left overly wet. I will definitely call again.
