Daniel from Avaitor heating showed up on time in the given time slot and quickly diagnosed the ac issue and fixed it for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Avaitor heating& cooling for AC maintenance work.

Installed new central air conditioning system in Portland. They did a great job. Wanted a local and family owned business and Aviator was the best fit. They registered my equipment for warranty and provided a next years maintenance to come check up and maintain the system.

contractor presented me with 4 quotes to repair outside AC unit (1239 - 5500). I chose what I could afford (1239). contractor said he completed the work but would not disclose what he fixed. But then insisted that I sign for additional 5000 to replace furnace. I kept asking for clarification and he kept getting angry and pressuring me to sign for additional 5000 and said if I did not, it would be 7000-10000 next week. I felt conned. He still will not provide receipts of service for the 1239 and when I attempt to cancel the 5000 upcoming work he threatened me with collections and "theft of service". I have contacted police because of his pressure. I am also asking him to retrieve his equipment from my property and he doesnt reply except to threaten me with restocking fees and collections and balances due

I?ve got to say, I never realized how much our indoor air quality was affecting us until Aviator Heating & Cooling came in and made some upgrades. My wife has pretty bad allergies, and someone recommended that we get our air ducts cleaned and maybe look into an air purifier. I called Aviator Heating & Cooling, and they sent William out to assess the situation. He was knowledgeable and explained the whole process to us?he showed us some pretty shocking pictures of the inside of our ducts. We decided to go ahead with the duct cleaning and also added a UV air purifier to our system. The difference has been night and day. The air feels fresher, and my wife?s allergy symptoms have decreased a lot. Plus, the house just smells cleaner, if that makes sense. Powell and his team were efficient, and they took such care to keep the house tidy while they worked. They also vacuumed the floors before they left! We?re definitely breathing easier now, thanks to these guys.

I called Aviator for a second opinion on my furnace after another company recommended a very expensive repair. Dan spent the time to thoroughly inspect the system, test for carbon monoxide (which came back at 0 ppm), and clearly explain what he was seeing and just as importantly, what he could NOT confirm without further disassembly.
Instead of jumping to conclusions or pushing a repair, he walked me through the possible indicators, explained the limitations of what can be seen without a full teardown, and told me there was no immediate safety concern and no need to rush into a major expense.
He also checked other components and gave a realistic, practical view of what to monitor over time versus what actually needed attention now.
It’s rare to find someone who prioritizes clear information and honest recommendations over upselling. If you need a second opinion or want someone who will give you a straight answer, I highly recommend Aviator.

Daniel and crew were absolute professionals and very caging. Daniel inspected my old furnace and was able to determine whether a new one was needed.
