Horrible. they are untrustworthy, lied about not using outside subs, workmanship necessitates that the entire roof be replaced, ( by Holly Nelsons words as well as every roofer and contractor that has seen what they did) the contract states that the temporary underlayment be removed prior to doing the roof. A substandard subcontractor was sent and they placed the roof over the temporary underlayment. Within weeks, the roof started to come off. The roof has many leaks as well. Additionally, they installed the ridge incorrectly and in places tried to span 9 - 12" with only shingle material. they only came back one time on April 25 when Holly stated that the entire roof needs to be redone. that is the last time I have seen them.

It went better than I could ever have imagined, If you’re ever considering replacing your roof And you want it done professionally and quickly, and fair priced . and I mean, fair priced ! Contact this company immediately…other people in this area were charging three times the amount they charged us for a complete roof job !! and quality is some of the best I’ve ever seen. I’ve been in the construction business over 30 years. ,hands-down one of the best experiences I’ve had in construction. Highly recommended !!! I was truly amazed at the speed and quality they produced. I had some simple requests as well. They went above and beyond on everything without asking for more . They made sure everything was solid and framed properly then quickly placed on the new roof and cleaned up immaculately. I want to personally thank Holly for making us feel at ease . and her crew for doing such a beautiful job so quickly. you have my respect ! and I will refer you to everyone. Keep up the great work ! The roof was in really rough shape. AvilaNelson replaced all the damaged decking and installed a flawless looking roof with efficiency and professionalism. They left no trace that they were there except for a fantastic looking new roof. I would definitely recommend and hire them again!

The roof looks great and the team did excellent work in an efficient manner. They were on time, and finished a very large roof project in 2 days. The estimate was the most accurate in terms of materials needed and very fairly priced. Would recommend.

Great! They were fast and very professional. Enjoyed working with them very much. Highly recommend them.

First off they were Mexicans and nobody spoke English so they had to take the roof off three times and ordered to get it like it was supposed to be.. to continue from the last place the soffits are still leaking 40 ft of soffits leak there some of them are not even attached to anything you can push them up for the lack of no other words I got screwed if they need it more material or something different like a gutter guard or whatever all they had to do was ask and I would have gone to get it so this is the second time I've been screwed on the front porch I'm still not happy with it but I guess I'm settled with it no

The work and set up went flawlessly. Friendly and overall good to work with.

Most important as far as timing, job was finished as promised.

I have a shed whose roof was in bad shape and they were able to replace it with a complete new roof (sheathing, fascia, soffits and shingles) and it looks great. And they did it in just one day. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Very well, extremely prompt. Everything I was promised was done at a great price. They told me they would be there on Monday and they were, they told me it would take 1 to 2 days and it was less than two days. The roof looks great, I was very impressed how hard the crew worked. I have not one complaint. I would recommend this company very highly and I would use them again.

Holly expedited my quote and the new roof was quickly completed. Especially notable was the additional work needed underneath the old roof, and the speed at which the crew did the extra labor and obtained more materials. I was grateful AvilaNelson roofing was able to fit in my job fast because I had leaks which were getting worse. They were very easy to work with, the crew was professional, and all debris removed when they were done.
