Easy to schedule and responsive office. Eyal spent time to properly determine the source of an unusual dishwasher leak and shared tips on operation and maintenance. Fair pricing. Would highly recommend.

Both refrigerators broke and food was wasting. On a Friday afternoon no one else was willing to come. Aviv appliance responded and came on a Saturday morning. ( They do not generally work on Saturday but they responded ) The technician fixed temporarily one of the refrigerators could hold food till the parts came. Parts came within a few days and everything was fixed promptly and well. They even fixed a door of a dishwasher which didn't seem to bother me much but makes it work better now. Very satisfied.

The guy did the work but paid too much money for it. Will never hire them again. I needed a starter for my deep freezer it's a magic chef a 5 cubic ft an I paid a lot to get it fixed

"Sorry you felt that we overcharged you on the repair. When you called us in July, we had informed you that we were completely overbooked and that there would be an overtime charge included in the day's visit. If you had waited a day, we could have come out for our regular charge but you insisted that we work you into the day's route. We were very upfront about our charges and you agreed to them all. We spoke 8 times that day, giving you plenty of time to cancel. Yet, you insisted we come out the same day, even though you had freezing issues for a few days. We were upfront about pricing, prompt, professional, and friendly. We don't know what else we could have done to make you think that we deserved anything less than an A grade."

"We think you are reviewing the wrong company. We have no information on your address or name, nor do we do appliance refinishing. Also, you incorrectly state that we waive our service fee when you agree to the job. We never add the service charge on top of the repair rate, and we certainly do not do appliance refinishing. If you still believe this is our company, call us and we can go over the repair and charges. If there was a mistake of any kind, we can refund your money."

A representative called immediately. Someone made arrangements to come and diagnose the problem promptly, and got the work done within the next couple of days. Excellent service, prompt, and friendly.

Our refrigerator started making a terrible noise on Saturday. We called Aviv and they did a preliminary diagnosis over the phone. They gave us an option of coming out to take a look on Saturday or waiting until Monday to come with the part needed. We chose to wait until Monday. They called to confirm, they called to let us know when they would be here and the estimated price. They came when they said they would, did the repair, cleaned up and was gone in under half an hour. All this during the Covid-19 crisis. I would HIGHLY recommend their services.

Not well. The repairman tried unsuccessfully to free the filter pump and said that he could put in an order to take apart the machine to fix it. He recommended I get a new machine. I decided to get a second opinion and was able to have the machine repaired for the same amount as AVIV's unsuccessful service call.

The tech was very knowledgeable. Although the visit cost $99 and only lasted about 5 minutes, I thought it was honest of them to suggest the amount could become a deposit of the same thing happened again and the part needed to be replaced. Pleasant, professional, and honest service.

Michelle in the office was able to schedule a same day appointment and a few hours later Mr. Eyal arrived to fix our washer. Sevice is fast and efficient. A bonus, Mr. Eyal is personable and quite funny. I highly recommend this company!

Amazing! The service technician, Eyal, was thoroughly knowledgeable, fast and efficient. He diagnosed the problem in a few minutes, and immediately went to work, fixing the problem without delay. He also was very forthcoming in explaining the problem and the manner of repair, and also offered tips to keeping all of our appliances in good working order. He was neat, orderly, and cleaned up the work area when finished. He also was happy to give his opinion on the quality of various brands of appliances, should we need new ones in the future. I can't say enough great things about Eyal, and about the easy and fast response that Aviv provides, not to mention that their prices are very reasonable. There is never a hassle; whatever it is, it simply gets done, and done right. It's money well spent! Even after paying the bill, I felt as if I owed them something...hence, a great review! 5 stars all the way!

Excellent! Same day service the tech was very professional and quickly figured out the issue and was able to install the new part immediately. He even offered some helpful tips on how to keep our appliances in good shape. Would definitely hire again.
