I had the mowing my grass and they did ok till I noticed my fire pit was broken and they had been there that day to mow the grass. I called her a d she said she would ask the help.and they said no but they had to have hit it with the tractor. Didn't just fall apart on it own. Been the for 25 years and im not mowing g the lawn anymore. Also had the winterize my irragation and they blow it out a d all the valve box covers came off. My friend did it for years and I didn't have to check them but this year they were off and any body knows sds cover they have to be twisted a d locked a d when they are done properly you can't get them off with a hammer. You have to twist them to open and take off and once again she denies that also. Im 65 years old I dont know who she thinks she is fooling but maybe she should grow up.and admit her mistakes

"We take our reputation seriously and want to address this clearly. We serviced this property for approximately two full seasons, including mowing, cleanups, and irrigation work, without any ongoing complaints. The fire pit concern was brought up at the time of service, and we addressed it. Work continued afterward, which reflects that the matter was resolved. The irrigation system was winterized on November 8th, and all valve box covers were properly secured at that time. Any issues being reported five months later, after a full winter season, cannot reasonably be attributed to our service. Weather conditions, ground movement, and pets are all factors that can affect valve boxes and wiring over time. It is not acceptable to request free repairs for damage reported months later and outside of our control. We stand by our work and by how we conduct our business. ? A&V Landscaping and Garden"

Next day, they came right on time, and got the work done beautifully by afternoon. They restored my yard from a multi-year overgrown jungle to a neat and tidy yard. Absolutely recommend this crew.

their job was to remove a 25 ft tree in my yard. There was not much room between my house and the fence. Every branch and limb that was cut landed in the yard. No damage at all to landscape lights fence, or shrubs. Amazing,,, When the job was complete the clean up process was very good. I would recomend this company for their expertice. Give them an A+
