Adam was wonderful. Within minutes of arrival, he diagnosed and had our sump pump working again. He explained what to do should we have this issue again. He explained that our hot water tanks were working, but were showing their age. Gave us some reasonable options. He also diagnosed why the pressure was so low in shower's hot water faucet. Explained how either he or we could fix it. He took time to explain things. His professionalism and honesty was so refreshing and greatly appreciated. I will call Adam for all my plumbing needs!
