"I have been out of the country on Vacation for 10 days. However my business was still running just fine and I responded to ALL emails from everyone daily. If needed I will copy and paste the email thread as this entire thing is getting out of hand.. You have contacted Angieslist demanding a FULL REFUND claiming work was never done yet I have before and After pictures here: {removed hyperlink} search the timeline for [Member Information Removed We did a full fall clean up which included; Blowing the leaves out of the beds, bush trimming all bushes, hand pruning shrubs and trees as needed, general property clean up, debris hauled away. Our GPS records; Stop Duration (mins) 243 minutes 11/17/16 8:44:33 AM Yes you have a city lot however parking isn't easy for our dump trucks. Getting our tools to the site is a challenge along with taking debris from the property to the truck. We did the work and have provided proof to you and Angieslist with pictures and GPS logs. Yes my Foreman was on his cell phone. He took pictures of the home before and after. He then emailed them to me which doesn't take 1 hour. I have emailed you offering to send one of my men back out to your home and do work you feel they missed or you are unsatisfied with and you have not responded. Case Description: The member hired the company through a Big Deal purchase, $149 for 4 Hours of Yard Clean-Up Plus Debris Disposal. They say the company sent someone out without finding out what the member needed done, didn't complete the full amount of time offered, and that they are dissatisfied with what was done. Desired Resolution: I want a refund and will find another provider. We aren't a Charity we don't work for free. Our big deals are set at the bare lowest that barely covers our costs of doing business. I run these to get new clients and show people what we can do along with our employees work ethics. We have earned a lot reoccurring business from this. Unfortunately you can't make everyone happy."

"[Member Name Removed], I am sorry you feel this way. However we can't predict rain days. Every year is different and if it rains out to the point we can't do our work on a certain job we are delayed these many business days from that date forward. Unfortunately we can't control the weather and it can push us back 2 weeks depending on our work weeks and jobs we have contracted. Some jobs are 1 day and some are 3 weeks. It all depends. When we contracted for the work with you you didn't have a fence on the bush line and or anything obstructing us from doing our work. The date that we came out - which I was on site for. I worked with my men hands on. We did our best to remove the bushes and trees along the fence line. The fence as I had mentioned to you by email and on the phone was on the bushes and trees themselves and it was hard for us to remove part of the roots. If we had removed these parts it would have pulled the fence up, cracked the fence, and or made it tilt and we didn't want to be responsible if this were to happy. We had only so much room to work with that we used an AX to ax most of it out and yes some was left behind as this part was on the fence its self and or under it making it near impossible to remove. We could have probably removed it but we would have been beyond our contracted amount of work and would have had to charge more due to the time it would have taken us to do. I know you were on a strict budget and i didn't want to exceed this. Feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any questions or concerns."
"Thank you for taking the time to write us a review! It was a pleasure working with you. Let me know if you need anything else."
"I am sorry that you had this experience and you feel that we have done an unsatisfactory job at your home. I was onsite before, during and after the job was completed. Every time I had come by, no one was home or I had just missed you and or your husband. We had contracted for the drainage work to be done which we have completed. My men made a mistake on the property which your husband brought to my attention and I made sure it was fixed to your satisfaction. You had called a few weeks after the project was completed to let me know that you wanted something corrected. I went out there to talk to you and your husband to see if we can get this fixed however we didn't come to a mutual agreement. To do the extra work (beyond the contract terms and agreement) was to cost $750. Unfortunately this set up was what you and your husband had asked for and we did this to the best that we could. It is very difficult working around mature tree roots in the yard and there is only so much we can do without damaging the mature tree. I am sorry that we couldn't come to a mutual agreement but I don't believe that this rating is fair and or honest."

"[Member Name Removed] I am sorry you feel this way. You had bought the big deal yes. You wanted Extra work beyond the scope of the work. I quoted you for the extra work you have requested you wanted one such as Blowing the leaves out of the beds, trimming all the bushes, cutting back the vinca off the walkway 6-10 inches and off the home. You wanted Perennials Transplanted, New Shrubs, and Perennials installed. We quoted you on everything and yes you said it was a bit much. I came back with a revised quote which you agreed to doing and I told you we would be out there on X date to start. We were there and we did the full yard clean up one day. Second day we came out to do the transplanting, roto tilling of the soil and organization. This took us 2 full business days in which you weren't home either days. I tried to make arrangements to meet you there before we did the scheduled work and that didn't work out. I also tried to call / text / email you during the process and I never heard back from you. After we completed the work I followed up with you to see if you had any questions or concerns that needed to be addressed which - I never heard from you until I get this review on Angieslist left just now. I have pictures of our work before and after the project up on [hyperlink removed]"
"[Member Name Removed], Thank you for using our Snow Plow Services. Thank you for leaving us a review on our work. We look forward to working with you in the future!"
"Thank you for taking the time to write about our company. You were a pleasure to work with and we hope we can work together more in the future."
"Thank you for the review. We really appreciate it. Let us know if you need anything in the future..."
"Thank you for taking the time to review our company. We look forward to staring your project soon and getting things underway."
"Thank you for your review as you bought a big deal for a Fall Clean Up. We did give you specific week and day this service will be performed but you requested us to give you a specific time we will arrive. Yes you did call, and Yes we did call you back and left a voice mail. Since we couldn't reach you by phone we also emailed you to confirm we were trying to get in touch with you. After the services were done you told us that our company didn't do specific things you wanted done such as Trimming down some perennials and cutting the tree down in the rear of your home. We explained to you that pruning the tree was not part of the Big Deal you bough and would be extra charge on top of that Big Deal. Needless to say there was Fish netting all over the perennials which our crew tried to remove but couldn't without damaging the plants. So, we left it on the plants. We did as much work for the time that you purchased so we cleaned up your front yard, cleaned up your rear yard avoiding the mounds of dog waste in the grass in which Brian Awad worked hands on your property and stepped in 3 piles trying to get your yard done. You contacted Brian After the job was done to say that we didn't do the work you wanted and wanted other specific things done besides what you purchased for the same rate. Brian offered to come back and take care of areas that we missed if this was true at no extra charge and you declined. You asked Brian for a Quote for trimming the tree down to where you wanted it off the wires etc. He did and you said he was too expensive. Trimming trees requires a certain insurance company which is hard to find due to the high liability risks involved, and certain tools or equipment to get the job done."
