My wife found this company several years ago and we had them replace our roof. They did an excellent job and followed up after the installation. I just had Justin come by and do an inspection. He found a few things that needed to have the caulk redone due to weather and age but the roof is still in good shape I had him do a tune up. He did an excellent job at a fair price and I highly recommend him for any roof issues.

Cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Justin Brooks from Award Roofing! We had our roof replaced by another roofing company and began to experience leaking in our house. After trying to deal with this company for nearly 6 months and getting nowhere (they sent people out about 6 times, performed various inspections, kept claiming it was our stucco - which we repaired and still had leaks!) we decided it was useless to try and keep a "warranty" with a roof company when we had a leaky roof! We contacted Justin at the recommendation of a neighbor and he came by the next day, did a quick inspection, informed us our issue was related to flashing installed incorrectly, took lots of pictures to show to us, and came out to repair our roof the very next week. We've had a couple of days of rain since with no new leaks and I'm confident he was able to fix the problem. He was incredibly knowledgable and easy to work with (he even provided us pictures, details, and an inspection report to give to the other roofing company to prove their work was done incorrectly). When you contact Award Roofing, the person you speak with on the phone is the person who does the inspection and the repair, and the invoicing, etc. It's a small-owned family company and this is what you want when you are covering what is likely your most expensive asset! Due to our leaky roof installed by another roofing company, we had to deal with mold remediation, sheetrock and paint repair inside the home, etc. It's not worth it! If you need your roof repaired, do it right with a small-owned company that is knowledgable and save yourself the hassle of a cheaper roof repair or roof install that could cost you more money down the road! I 100% stand behind the work of Award Roofing and only wish we had used them from the get-go for our roof installation as opposed to repairing what another company did incorrectly!

We had an outstanding experience with Award Roofing from start to finish. Justin Brooks, the owner and our point of contact, was exceptional—he walked us through every step of the process and made sure we fully understood what was involved. Their quote was very competitive, and they backed their labor with a 15-year transferrable warranty, while the roofing materials themselves carry a lifetime warranty. That combination gave us a lot of confidence in our decision. The installation team was equally impressive. They completed the entire job in just two days, working diligently from sunrise to sunset. The quality of their workmanship was clearly top-notch, and they took great care to clean up thoroughly when the job was done—removing all old shingles, nails, and debris. They also protected our plants and shrubs from damage from the shingle removal. What really stood out was the follow-up. Justin returned the next day to personally inspect the work and made sure that even the smallest imperfections were corrected. That level of attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend Award Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof.

Justin, the owner, did a thorough job of explaining in advance each step of the process, the timetable, and the estimated cost. He guided me through all of the decisions and steps that were needed on my part. I saw a ceiling stain in my room after a heavy rainstorm and reached out to Angi for multiple estimates. The first person to contact me was Justin Brooks from Award Roofing. He arrived the next day as scheduled and while giving me the estimate, I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Since he had all the tools and equipment to handle the job, I asked him if he was free to do the job on the same day of providing the estimate. He was free and completed the job that same day. He took photos and explained what the issues were and what he did to repair the problems. He gave me a one year warranty on the job as well. I would definitely hire him again or even reach out to him if I needed a new roof. I highly highly recommend Justin from Award Roofing!!!

Crew arrived on time, easy communication and began work immediately. Job was professionally coordinated by onsite supervisor J. Brooks. Crew kept work area clean and free from falling debris protecting all shrubs and flower beds with drop cloths. All old material carefully placed in onsite roll-off dumpster. Professionally installed new materials include twenty five year guaranty, labor guaranteed for fifteen years and is transferable. Job including clean up was completed within 24hrs on schedule. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Award Roofing Company for your next roofing project.

Justin was very helpful with my roof repair. I had a couple of leaks and some rotting soffit and wood on various parts of my roof. They were very professional and courteous, punctual if not early and answered all of my questions professionally and knowledgeably. The whole job cost nearly half of what I was expecting, because they did not try to do unnecessary work by fixing things that did not need to be fixed. He even pulled out a couple of bullets from celebratory gunfire out of my roof that I had no idea were lodged in there. My yard was even cleaner when they left than before they arrived. I highly recommend.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I highly recommend this company as I had my complete composition shingle roof replaced. Jason met with me and later met with the insurance adjuster to point out hail and wind damage to give me the best chance of getting my roof replaced by my insurance. Which was fairly handled! Every step of the process was easy from obtaining an estimate, to getting assistance with picking out the color and type of shingles I wanted to getting the job done. I am so pleased with the quality of work. My requests for replacement and removal of some vents and miscellaneous items were followed perfectly. The cleanup was perfect. No issues at all. After much research on Angie's List I felt comfortable going with this company as the work is quality. As someone who was concerned about hiring a company to work on my house, this company's reputation sold me and price was competitive. I really think anyone who needs a new roof or work done should get an estimate from this company. The total job price came in as estimated with no surprises. I am very happy! I called the owner, Doug, and he responded right away. I recently bought a house and did not know the age or condition of the roof. He came out and inspected it and the gutters and told me I didn't need any work. I appreciate when a company is honest and thorough, so when I do need a roof in the future I will be returning to this company.

This company could also be called Above and Beyond. We cannot adequately express how pleased we are with our new roof from beginning to end. Our first call into the company (after trying locally with no success) was responded to immediately! Justin, one of the owners came to our house the next day to assess our situation. We had some leaks. That very same day Justin made temporary repairs until a new roof could be put on. The crew that came out was punctual, respectful, and professional. Let me add this company does NOT put shingles on top of the old shingles which is a PLUS. They had to replace some plywood that was rotten where the leak was coming through. The company redid some areas around the chimney which were not done correctly on the initial installation. Everything is done with an excellence! They do provided service outside of their immediate area which was our case. We are so blessed that the LORD led us to this awesome company to handle our situation. Award Roofing lives up to its name and deserves 5** and more rating.

We love our new roof! Award roofing did an excellent job with replacing the roof. From the beginning to the end of the work everyone I spoke with was very nice and friendly. The crew was very professional and polite. They replaced the roof, cleaned up and hauled away all the old roofing materials. The work was completed in a timely manner. There were no additional add on costs. The quote given was what was paid. Once the roof was replaced the owner performed a final inspection. Quality of roof and service was excellent. We have an older home. Award Roofing did our 1st replacement roof in 1995. We used an architectural shingle and was very happy with it. When our roof needed replacement in 2019 due to storm damage, we again called Award Roofing. Doug Horsley and Justin Brooks were great to work with. Their crew was fast and did a very neat job. We again selected an architectural shingle and again are very happy with it! As a repeat customer I can highly recommend Award Roofing!
