Awesome Alterations

How did it go? Horrible. "8 day" job took over or just at 2 months. The owner is a nice guy and I like him but some of the people he uses are the worst. He told me that he doesn't use them anymore which is great but does nothing for their subpar work here. The guy in question just walked into my house one day and only my wife was here and she didn't even know that they were supposed to be coming. First the material was delivered in my yard on a rainy day so I had to bring in most of the stuff for a job I'm paying someone else for. Nice. After putting up the fan myself and seeing the paint in the light I had to go back and repaint the room myself and reinstall some door and floor molding so the double hung doors could close properly. I would not be so annoyed if the ceiling fan (that was supposed to be free but wasn't) would have came with a ceiling bracket so I didn't have to run to town to get one (30 min drive one way). All this to say I should have had them fix my floor and ceiling and done the rest myself. Maybe it would have actually been an 8 day job then. In the end we were so tired of them being here that we just said everything was fine and paid them so they would be done. Hard for me to recommend someone just because I like them. So if you choose to give them a chance it's on you. Hopefully the team he has now will get him some better rep.

Joe and his crew are amazing they did such a great job on our house and helped make the process of repairs a breeze. They were professional and punctual and were done with repairs on time. I found a few nit picky things I wanted after the repairs were done and they took care of it with out a fuss. I am more than impressed with their team and the work they provided and will be using them for future repairs/renovations.

We hired to remodel our guest bathroom due to a leak. All went well and completed in a timely manner. Very professional and patient (changed my mind last minute on floor tile pattern...and grout), but still able to get it done. Bathroom looked great!

It's was a great company to call. Called. Scheduled for a estimate. Gave thirty minute advanced call. Very proper and nice employees. Contacted us back within 24 hours with our quote. Very good price for the extensive job. Contacted the office for deposit to be scheduled. Only negative was they couldn't start immediately. But we are impatient. Amazing finish. Our kitchen is a different kitchen. Outstanding quality. We had our cabinets, countertops, tile, paint and appliances remodeled. Also replaced kitchen windows that were broken and flooring thoughout home. Awesome Alterations Group LLC has us as customers for life. We will recommend this company for everyone.
