I would never hire again.. overpriced for the work

He repaired the dryer on Tuesday and it was working, after 3 days it stopped producing heat again. and I don't know what's the reason why it stopped again, he told me that it has a 90 days warranty. I texted him and he replied within a certain days that he will look into it and now he's not responding to my calls, text and chat thru angi app but when i asked someone to call him he answered right away. he is trying to avoid me and he is not cooperating with me to fix my concern.

Kenneth showed up early and fixed the problem in minutes! Will keep his contact info for possible future repairs!

Perfect! Very respectful gentleman, was on time and seemed knowledgeable. Fixed and checked washing machine and pleasant farewell with offers to return if needed. Kenneth's number is in my contacts for any appliance work in the future.

Absolutely great, Kenneth kept me informed on arrival time, explained every step of process he was preforming. Had an order a part gave me time frame to expect arrival and completion of project. Very professional all around.

Similar to another reviewers situation (I should have heeded the advice)- he arrived, spent minimal time, said it was broken, charged $140, left. All this after texting that the fee included service. If I had been told that the $140 was a trip fee I never would have hired them. It’s as though they were actually trying to take advantage of their customers. Sad.
