Awesome Remodeling & Construction

I previously gave this contractor a great review. The home had to be remodeled due to water damage - back up septic tank. Per the contractor his plumber snaked the line and water pressure. When the tenants moved in after the construction the back up was still occurring into the bathrooms (showers and toilets). I called a plumbing company and after trying to snake the lines it was discovers that it was never done. See pictured below. When I called Bill he said I did not pay for plumbing repair.(see picture of statement). Question still remains that if he knew I had water back up why was the line not checked. Why am I having to call Major plumbing co to repair and tenants cannot use the bathroom - deception and cutting corners!!

All the work was done well and at the agreed upon, very reasonable price. It took a bit longer than I would have liked, but I think that’s pretty common with remodels. The proprietor included me appropriately during every phase including selection of flooring/carpet, paint color and appliances. He also suggested some enhancements based on my preferences. Billy is very friendly, personable and has great relationships with subcontractors.
