It was amazing and I was blown away. It was a Saturday morning I called and from the time I made the phone call to the time that they were leaving my house was an hour and 15 minutes. They were quick and the guys were great.

The install could not have gone better. The technician was at my home at exactly the time given. My water heater is in a carpeted hall way and the technician was careful and considerate to ensure that carpet was not damaged. The installation took about 2 hours and when done, I would never have known the technician was in the home except that I now had hot water.

We'd been noticing for a couple weeks that our water was brown. We realized that the cold water was fine, but the hot water was brown so we knew it was the water heater. My husband called AWHR at around noon to find out our options. They said they could have a new water heater installed within 24 hours. After he gave them the go to replace the water heater they had a new one installed by 4pm the same day at no additional cost to us. As far as leasing goes, their customer service representatives have been wonderful and the monthly price for the peace of mind it gives us to know that if something were to happen we wouldn't have to pay large sums of money up front can't be beat.
