We agreed on a price on a Friday. He said they would be there to plow the driveway Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. I began calling late Saturday morning because there was no update and the job was not done. I was told they would be there in 2 hours. I called back in 2.5 hours and they said they meant they would start their work day in 2 hours, not be at my house in 2 hours. They said they would be there in another 2 hours. I called again when they did not show up in 2 hours. They said they would be there in about 15 minutes. In a half hour they called me and said there was too much snow and could not do it for the price agreed upon. They said I would have to pay $60.00 more or I was free to find another contractor. I agreed to pay the extra money. He said alright. I waited and waited and they did not plow. I began calling back at 4:30pm and no one would answer my calls. I called and texted up until 8:30pm requesting an explanation. I never heard from them again.

I hired Axcel Solutions and paid by check 75.45 I also paid by check $ 80.00 to another individual who showed up named Manuel Leyva .. he is the one who did the removal , but did not cleared the pile of snow at the start of the driveway left by the city's snowplow truck. I don't know if they are from the same company. Looks like I paid it twice. I called back to report the missap and I was assured that someone will come next morning to clear the snow pile. No one came. Anyway I want a different service this time and hope for a reasonable charge.

Had snow service done. Unfortunately, exterior electrical cord was run over and damaged. Contractor reimbursed for the damaged Christmas lights, but has yet to respond regarding reimbursement for the repairs to the outdoor outlet. Multiple emails and texts sent. I try to support small businesses, but the communication is inconsistent. I emailed last on 12/29 with invoices and also texted him to ensure he received the message. As of 1/13/26, have not received any reply. Do not recommend.

We had our home cleaning done today by Nikki. She was exceptional and very detail oriented. It was a treat coming home to a clean home! Thank you. Highly recommend!

Not on time, and I constantly had to call him to see when/if he was coming to do our driveways. When he did get here, he did a half axxxx job. No salt was spread, a single pass with a snowblower (which left about 18" of snow on either side), and he did not even touch our 2nd driveway because he said he could not find it (although he certainly saw it when he gave me his quote!). Finally I gave up trying to deal with all his excuses, and asked for at least some of my money back, which I have yet to see. Buyer beware!

Snow was removed and I can now get my car out of the garage!!🎉THANK YOU DO MUCH!!
