AZ BM did a tub and shower surround with new shower glass in February of 2022. The surrounding was done in a reasonable time and looked good. The shower glass was installed in a reasonable time, but the glass was defective and a hinge was damaged during installation. Scotty acknowledged the problems and took pictures of the problems. After 6 months of trying to get Scotty to honor his promise to replace all the glass and fix the hinge, I filed a complaint with the AZ Registrar of Contractors. My initial experience with AZ BM was pleasant. But service after the sale is non-existent! The mental anguish of trying to get warranty repair done is not worth the money. I would not recommend AZ BM.

We were extremely pleased and impressed with the team at AzBathMasters. The project was started and completed on schedule. The workmanship was outstanding and the job site was cleaned up at the end of each day. We would definitely recommend the company for shower and bath renovations.

I'd recommend this company to people if they want someone to get the job done right! very clean, transparent and outstanding service! Mat and Jim worked close with me to make sure that me and my family are full aware of the process. of course due to Covid-19 we got little behind the schedule but in end of the day they did what's right and take a good care of us. Scott (the owner) came to our house to take a close look at the job to make sure it meets the company's standards .

These guys did a great job and knew what they were doing. We had one little glitch after I had paid them and they were honestly concerned and did everything they could to remedy the situation immediately. Truly unique to find old time ethics these days but these guys showed it. I do recommend.

Matt was really good. He let us know when he would be here and what he was doing, did a great job and cleaned up each day. I love my new Tyvarian shower surround and the deeper bathrub. It is beautiful and we will have them do our shower in the master bathroom next year.

Scotty with AZ BathMasters has done a great job on my project. He got started right away and has continued to work hard. He has a great eye for perfection and I feel confident that the job is getting done right. Since Scotty took over the project, my stress levels have come way down. I know I don't have to worry about a thing; he has it handled! That's a great feeling and hard to find in the construction world. I highly recommend AZ BathMasters

Scotty and Jim were great to work with. They were very accommodating on my time line. I needed my master bath reconfigured and a tub/shower unit replaced with a walk-in shower. I did not want tile and they showed me a selection of terrific options. They performed all the construction work and installed the shower completely, while I completed the rest. Scotty totally understood my vision and created a shower that completed the master bath I was hoping for. The whole job took seven working days and I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

It was terrible. They owe me 30 thousand dollars. They were very expensive. The fact that I paid $50,000 for the job which it should cost $15,000 was terrible.

"The project was a shower conversion that turned out wonderful the first time and on schedule. Unfortunately the glass door was delayed and prolonged the process. During the drain conversion a vibration from a roto-hammer caused three floor tile to crack. We replaced the complete floor with an upgraded tile at no charge. When demoing the floor we discovered the reason the tiles cracked in the first place was due to a lack of thin-set in the first install 30+ years ago. There were large air pockets in the broken tile areas only. This is construction and is not always simple and smooth. We all need to work with each other and give grace when possible. We apologize for the delay and inconvenience."

Pleasant owner and installers. However, we went with a surround stall because it was advertised as a two day install and it would be functional for us. We were made aware that the shower door would not be a standard size and it would take 10 additional days to order. After wrong measurements and then then wrong glass pattern and MORE than 5 weeks the surround was finished. It's pretty and functional...but not worth the time and therefore not worth the money. It's really a shame because the installer was so nice.

A beautifully designed steam room was installed in one of the 3 bathroom remodels. We love it all. Beautifully designed rock lined the bathroom steam room ceiling, floors and side areas. The rock design is my favorite. everything was quality and excellent workmanship. Very appreciative. Friendly and professional workers from plumbers, electricians, tile layers, designers!
