I'd use his service again! Handy men can't do what he does and depending on the person they may charge more. He actually had to fix a prior handy man's work. My problem: A pool of water always formed on the floor outside the shower. We had a cracked slab and other issues. Pictures won't suffice because of the internal work that fixed close to a decade of damage. My bathroom looks brand new, Arnon went above and beyond. A kind person too, he fixed my screen door handle free of charge which of course has nothing to do with my shower. He took his own personal time to repair a damaged piece rather than doing a shortcut, actually he doesn't do shortcuts! Word of mouth is a currency he values and protects. I'd recommend him strongly. Pros: He will do real analysis of your situation and be transparent. I had a few people review the shower and in a few seconds draw up a qoute. Arnon tapped things, bent down, reviewed, asked questions and pondered solutions outloud. When he was fixing the shower Even while he'd request me to view certain things. Either to explain the need, situation or if a decision was needed for a service. He has a good service attitude, friendly, understanding and a professional. The before and after is amazing! Cons: No real complaints.

I can't say enough good things about this tile company! After getting a second opinion, I decided to go with them, and I'm so glad I did. The owner was incredibly honest and transparent about what needed to be done—no upselling or unnecessary work, just a focus on getting the job done right. His professionalism and skill really stood out, and it was clear he took pride in his work. The results were fantastic, and I was so impressed that I ended up hiring them for a second job! Arnon is an established tile professional, with years of experience and who is willing to share his wealth of knowledge with you before and during the project. I appreciated his meticulous detail to ensure the sections of my kitchen floor that he was repairing was done right and would seamlessly blend in to the sections of the floor that did not require repair. Provider replaced about 5 tiles that were loose. There were more tiles that were loose but he stated he didn't need to regroup them. He also reset the toilet bowl and caulked the bathtub. Some of the tiles are NOT level! At first he gave me a price of $850, which included taking up and re-grouting quite a few more tiles. He and his helper started around 9:30, and finished around 5:30. He also wanted me to pay him in cash, not credit card. He said he would not charge me taxes!! Now he wants me to pay taxes also!! He cannot be trusted!! He was bullying me to pay him the rest today. I wanted to hold $200 until he came back to see why now my floor was squeaking very loud. It was not doing this before he worked on my floor. He told me there would be consequences if he did not receive ALL of his money today! Was he talking law suit or bodily harm?? I'm thinking about going to the police. I do not want him back in my house!!!!!

About 4 yrs ago when our house was getting rebuilt after a fire we were looking for someone to help us design and choose material for the foyer, kitchen and bathrooms. Arnon, the owner of AZ repairz, came in highly recommended. He toured the house with us giving valuable input. He even came with samples of tiles to us for us to choose from. All our tiles and floors wre done under his direct supervision and we are very happy with it. Very professional and efficient. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for work with tiles, grouting, work in kitchens or bathrooms.

I noticed a water stain on my dining room ceiling which was below my stall shower. One of my neighbors recommended AZ REPAIRZ. The owner of the company came to evaluate the problem & conducted some tests. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem. The conclusion was to chemically clean & then re-grout the walls which would become waterproof. The shower looked great when done and I no longer had a leak. I am very happy with AZ REPAIRZ’s service, professional manner and honesty. Surprisingly the cost was very reasonable. I definitely recommend AZ REPAIRZ.

I had a major tile installation of large format porcelain tiles and within a few months I noticed loose grout & cracking. I lost all confidence in the original installer. I was recommended AZRepairz by a friend. When I called at he company, the owner promptly showed up, and was very professional and knowledgeable. He analyzed the issue and concluded that the grout was breaking due to certain tiles that did not have a good bond and very tiny bit loose. I hired this company to remove and reset all the loose tiles and regrout. The results were amazing, you couldn’t tell if the tiles repaired and floor tiles feel good again when walked on. I am very pleased with the service and based on my experience, highly recommend AZRepairz.

We had a significant wasteline leak that damaged the floor in our bathroom. It was a nightmare. My plumber was very nice but he had to break out at least two or three square feet of mosaic and floor to get to the pipe. My plumber doesn?t do tile work and he didn?t have anyone to recommend. My wife was pissed! Luckily she learned of Arnon Zadok through a friend of a friend. We hired him through his company AZ Repairz, he was great. I liked the old mosaic, but it was dated and my wife wanted it all replaced. Working with AZ was so easy, he bought the tiles we selected, removed the old flooring, installed the new (beautiful!) tile - super clean, very professional, all around turned a bad event (the leak) into a good result of about 30 square ft of new floor! I?m happy, and more importantly my wife is happy. Arnon is the best!

I was recommended to AZ REPAIRZ by a friend. The shower body, (water valves) over my tub were old, leaking and needed to be replaced. My plumber needed to break the ceramic tile wall to get to the pipes. I called AZ REPAIRZ to look at the work needed to be done and estimate the cost. The person in charge was very professional and gave me a decent price to do the job. Because the bathroom tiles were 60 years old, they could not get the exact tile match so they cleaned the the salvaged tiles and created a design with the additional tiles they provided. The ceramic tile repair work was done perfectly and does not appear to have been repaired. I am very pleased with the craftsmanship and of their service.
