They were wonderful to work with and I can highly recommend them on the level of professionalism they displayed through the whole process.

Simply stated this is a very customer service oriented company. The owner of this company, Tim is very responsive to the needs of the customer. He is very hands on in terms of the job being done right and best of all he provides his service at a very fair and reasonable price. Tim was on time, he was professional, and he talked me through all my options as far as products, ideas for installation, and possible problems. He worked through difficult situation with my insulation in the roof and made it look easy. I will work with Tim in the future with my audio and video upgrades! <br /> <br />

Tim arrived on time. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. As always, simple is never simple. He identified an issue with the mounting bracket we were going to use and replaced it with one that fit our TV. He securely mounted the TV, made adjustments as we requested, and did not rush just to get it done. Instead, he wanted to make sure it was done right and that we had no concerns. Also, our satellite provider had told us we needed new HDMI cables and Tim determined that was not correct, saving us an unnecessary expense. We appreciate his honesty. Excellent service! <br />

Exceptional. We had been through three different receivers. Five different Best Buy guys. No luck. Tim really knew his stuff. It was a difficult problem. He took the time to work through many different possibilities. <br />

He was very knowledgeable. He was friendly, trustworthy, sincere, and a lot of integrity. He got the job done in a timely manner. I felt like it was one of my relatives doing the job for me. He went above and beyond to accommodate me.

Tim and Mike arrived on time. Tim analyzed the existing wiring and got right to work. He went into the attic and dropped two cable lines into each room. He had a wall mount on his truck that would work for the bedroom TV and offered it to me. He went to get some needed parts and in two hours had both TVs installed and working. Tim was training Mike and they worked well together as a team. Mike did a great job helping with the installation. They took time to discuss options with me for other areas in my home for TVs and sound system. Tim is very busy and had to cancel my first appointment so I had to reschedule. I think the price was reasonable for the installation, wall mount and parts. Tim is very personable and very knowledgeable and conscientious about doing the job right. The work was neat and professional. I will definitely hire him again and will recommend him to others. <br />

Tim was beyond awesome in helping to bring my vision into reality. He is clearly very passionate about his work and thinks creatively. He was not in a rush to just get the job but really wanted to make sure it was going to make me satisfied. He was very good at communication throughout the process and answered all my questions. And when it came to the installation, I have never seen somebody work so hard non-stop without any complaints or whining. His prices are fair and he delivers exceptional value because of his knowledge and experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is serious about their A/V systems. <br />

Tim reset our front, rear, and subwoofer outputs on our denon system. He was very punctual and squeezed us in on a Saturday. The price was right as well. <br />

Tim came out exactly when he said he would. Provided a complete estimate of work. When installation time came, he ran into a few problems with my wiring. He figured it out, stuck it out, and did a great job. The bill was to the penny of the estimate and I was happy. I'd recommend this company to anyone. <br />

Tim contacted me immediately and was able to get out the next day. <br /> He made the repairs to our satellite connection and offered many valuable tips and lots of information as well. <br /> He had the signal going through in no time. <br /> I also needed 5 phone jacks installed and wiring repaired. <br /> Due to time we made a separate appointment for that. <br /> Again, he arrived as agreed and had the work done by the time I got there. <br /> His work was first rate, professional and he goes beyond what's needed. <br /> Any future needs for us, there's no question who we're calling. <br />

I called Tim and he came within a few hours to give me a free estimate and consultation. He was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. I agreed to his services and it was installed within one week. he spent a lot of time going through the technical aspects of how to operate the system which helped me significantly being technically challenged. I had follow up questions and Tim responded immediately on the WEEKEND via text and email. He then offered to install a motorized component for the television for free and ordered the system for me. That will be going in next week. Tim was extremely responsive and efficient, and just an overall decent guy. I highly recommend him for any audio work/installation! <br /> <br />

I had speakers in rooms throughout my house that had a lot of static when playing music. Tim came over and was able to figure out the problem and fix it. He was very thorough and courteous throughout the whole process. <br />

Tim called prior to arrival, as arranged, and arrived right on time. He installed the bracket, mounted our TV, performed all the set-up to our cable box, programmed the remotes and even helped us set up Netfiix. He not only took the time to walk us through using all the features, but made sure the wiring was tidy and hidden as well as possible. He did a great job, was personable, professional and very efficient. He even ran over to buy us a surge protector at the hardware store so we wouldn't have to do it ourselves. I'd recommend him to anyone wanting an awesome job at a great price! We were thrilled to find there was an amazingly great alternative to the high-priced, limited scope and quot;installationand quot; offered by the big-box stores. <br />

If you are looking for Home Theater installation - Read this review first! We have a very expensive home theater and needed a 60and quot; flatscreen mounted to a brick wall while we remodeled before we moved in. We found AZ Sound and Drive Thru Angie's list and from a field of many we narrowed it down to 3 based on user reviews and rankings.Of the 3 estimates we got all were about the same, but Tim and Chris were so enthusiastic, friendly and professional that we chose them and are thrilled about our choice. Our install was complicated by a number of unforeseen features of our new home, but Tim worked tirelessly to make it work and the end product was exactly as described and on time. They even went above and beyond by helping us address a few other electric-centered issues that cropped up in the kitchen when they happened to be here.So definitely recommend them. At least have them give you an estimate. You won't be disappointed.

We were purchasing a new flat screen TV (50") to hang on the wall over the fireplace. I pride myself in being mechanically capable of DIY, however the wife has a different view of my abilities. So to keep peace I went to Angie's List for help, identified three local companies and called. Talked to Tim with AZ Sound and Drive Thru, was impressed with his over the phone evaluation of my situation, and the fact that he could have someone drop by and view what needs to be done before providing an estimate. By the end of the day Chris had dropped by, listen to what I wanted, scoped-out the situation, provided some alternatives to consider, was on the phone with Tim to explain the technical details and give me an estimate for the job to be done.Initially, I was focused on hanging the TV, but after talking with and listen to Chris's evaluation, I added to the work order the in-home speaker system which had not been working since I purchased the home. The in-home system had been pre-wired with ceiling speakers in four areas of the house, but had no components. I also asked that they give me a separate cost to add two ceiling speakers in the covered patio area.Chris discussed everything over the phone with Tim, and provided an estimate based on their knowledge of the current price of the higher cost components. I agreed to the estimate of ~$1100. Since the TV had not arrived, Tim said give him 3-day notice to schedule the job with an estimate to complete of 6 hrs. Before job start, Tim had identified new receiver components which he felt would do a better job than what we initially discussed. I agreed to the change which also reduced the overall cost to the job.When the job started, they both showed up on time, walked through the steps of the job, went into the attic to ensure access to the cable and speaker systems, and went to work.During the install and rewiring, several of the in-home volume controls were found to be inop, which added to the estimate. They went out picked up replacement controls that matched what was already installed.Job completed in the timeframe they said, and the wife and I have had "SMILES" ever since. What a great job, good price and two very competent and affable guys. We can not believe, #1. I went so long trying to get our in-home audio/speaker system to work with "Boom-boxes", and #2. We finally traded in our "tube-TV" for a flat-screen behemoth, something our grandkids have been bugging us to do for years. What an absolute pleasurable change in our household....I've got radio, music, CD's and TV playing everywhere....Yikes! As for AZ Sound and Drive Thru, use them, you will not be disappointed....thanks, Tim and Chris!

You don't need to look any further for any Audio work at your house. I am more than thrilled with the work they did. They answered any questions promptly. They were extremely prompt and professional. Fantastic job. I look forward to working with them again.

Great, one of the best jobs I have had done out here

Tim was able to get a system set up that really works with no problems. It took him 7 hours total instead of about 1 or 2, but he didn't charge me any more than his original quote. There were some complex problems that he patiently resolved, mostly having to do with some faulty equipment that I already had. He diagnosed the problems one at a time. He is amazing!! Patient, knowledgable, friendly. I felt so bad for him, but he slogged on till he got everything working right. Even called be back 3 days later to see if there were any problems. I cannot recommend him more highly. The best out there I believe.

I will use these again, and will tell my freinds. The were on time, cleaned up, was a pleasure to work with.

Tim's pricing was awesome. He was personable. Overall, he did a great job. I have had a lot of work done by contractors and he is second to none. Highly recommend Tim and his company AZ Sound and Drive Thru.

AZ sound and drive Thru Done a Wonderful job Tim the owner came over within an hour of me calling and was very helpful on telling us options we had and explaining the different ways to set up the Home theater system and getting a universal remote that would control not only my one TV and sound System but all the TV's in my home he installed it quick clean and perfect i couldn't ask for anything else.
