Excellent! Constantine was great to work with! He is extremely knowledgable and will not rest until everything is done up to code. He made sure to re-visit the site in order to make sure that everything was done well and we were satisfied. My father and I could not be happier! This was an emergency job and he was more than willing to gather his staff and quickly resolve the issue. I have used Aztech for asbestos removal in two of my homes now, and in both cases I have been very pleased with their services. They are thorough and professional, extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of testing and removal, and are also good people to deal with.

The reason for the delay in sending this reveiw was not with the work done but with the office. We agreed on a price and what sealed the deal was that they accepted credit cards. The Monday after the job was completed I called the office to give them my credit card information. First, the clerk answered the phone "hello" (highly unprofessional. I asked for a confirmation number and she said she would call me back when her computer was up and running. A few hours later the clerk called back and said she was having a problem with putting through the credit card but would call me back. On Wednesday she called back and said they were still having a problem and that I may have to pay by a different means (either check or cash). I told her this was not the agreement and I would like to speak to the owner. She also said you did not give us a down payment and I told her this was not even mentioned at the time we agreed on the work being done and that she was not present when we sealed the deal. The attitude really needs to be adjusted in the office. Approx. 10 days later the owner called back and was quite snippy I might add and  that he was having trouble with the credit card company and he would call me back in a few days. I told him our part was done and as far as I was concerned this job was paid for. Another 10 days went by and he left a message  that everything was taken care of. This time his attitude was pleasant very much like the day he came over and we contracted with them. <br /> The bottom line- the problem was with the company and not us. <br /> <br /> My wife Linda dealt with the office problems.

They came to inspect the garage in early Sep 2012 and produced a quote very quickly.  We then agreed to do the work and they processed all necessary forms. They did the work on the date promised and sent in samples for analysis right afterward.  We were given the analysis report as promised and an invoice within a few days of completing work.  They were also very patient when we had a delay in making payment.  Very understanding and trusting.  Also very efficient and neat work habits, which is especially important when dealing with asbestos.  We would use them again in an instant. <br />

Aztech responded promptly to my call and sent someone out to measure and estimate the job.  The price they quoted was very fair.  On the actual day of the work, they enclosed the area to keep from spreading asbestos fibers around, removed and properly disposed of the asbestos, cleaned the work area and tested the air.  I was pleasantly surprised that the work was done in one day.  They were very professional and did a good job. <br />

Have asbestos on pipes in basement - years ago we covered  most them with a shrink-wrap material made specifically for this purpose.  The rest of the pipes were exposed with asbestos most of which was starting to fall apart and we decided to get it all taken out.  Mr. Vivian came out to assess the situation, explained the whole procedure in detail, answered all our questions, promptly emailed an estimate, date was set within two weeks and two of the most professional gentlemen performed the work which actually took longer than they expected beause of the extent of product to be removed.  It was completed in one day, air quality test perfomed that day, they brought those results to the environmental lab for analysis and handed us the document from the lab confirming the area tested passed the final air test. We cleaned out a lot of clutter in the basement to make it easier for them to do their job and they thanked us several times. <br /> Everyone in the organization (from the woman taking the call, to the owner , to the workers) were courteous and professional.  We will definitely use them for future work if we need to and highly recommend them.  We've given their cards to several people so far.

Overall service was excellent. Had a problem with broken window but Constantine fixed in a timely manner. Also had an issue with electrical panel cover being reinstalled and was fixed as promised.

I needed asbestos removed from steam heating pipes in my basement.  The owner Constantine came out to give me the quote and spent a lot of time talking through the details.  While deciding if I should go with Aztech or not, I got other quotes, I spoke to people that did private air monitoring, and the NJ State agencies that regulate and license asbestos removal.  Every time I called Aztech for follow-up questions, they were courteous, responsive and answered every question correctly based on what I learned from the NJ State agencies; other companies didn't seem like they knew what they were talking about and were more expensive.  The day of the removal, his guys spent about 3-4 hours setting up containment enclosures and prepping surfaces, and then walked me through the space to show me what they had done and explained to me what the next steps were.  When it was finally time for them to suit up to do the removal, they were very precise about how they protected themselves, so when they done with the test results in hand and stood in the space breathing the air, it gave me confidence they knew they had done the right job.  Trust me when I say I lost sleep over this, and I vetted Aztech the whole way; Constantine and eveyone that works with him are the real deal.

I found them on Angie's List and they did a good job. They cleaned up really well and thoroughly afterward. They were very nice to deal with. The owner of the company came out here personally to check on the job when they were finished. We felt safe and secure while they were removing the asbestos. They sealed off the area between our basement and the rest of the house really well. They showed me everything they were doing. They showed me the filter that they were using and they were just very good to deal with in that way. The price seemed pretty good. They had unplugged our appliances while they were doing the work and had forgotten to plug them back and we found our refrigerator in the basement unplugged 24 hours later. I called them and they were incredibly apologetic and really happy that I called, and I found a little gift basket with a note of apology from the owner on my doorstep two days later. It was very good customer relations and good business practice. I would recommend them to others.

The job was performed on a Friday evening. It was done by one worker who did an excellent job. He removed the asbestos and left the area spotless.

Leslie came to my house quickly and did a thorough investigation of what needed to be done. I was given a quote of $1600 including state permit. Two guys came on the scheduled day and were nice, efficient, quick and very neat. Everything was done in one day and the room looked exactly as it was when they arrived. Would use again.

The crew arrived on time, worked their butts off and finished in one day, as promised.  Their clean up was excellent and every member of  the team from Constantine on down was friendly, courteous and hard working.  It couldn't have been a better experience.

The entire experience was professional and pleasant. The head of the company, a very nice gentleman, came over on the Saturday before Christmas to look over the job, and explained precisely what needed to be done and gave me a price which I felt was fair. An appointment was made for the asbestos removal to be done on New Year's Eve. The work crew arrived on time at 9 am that day, and completed the job before 4 pm. The workers were courteous and professional, and the job was done well, Cleanup was excellent, and all precautions to prevent any asbestos from getting into the rest of the house were done properly. I'm extremely satisfied with the work preformed and the company.

Overall a very good experience. Original scope of work only included 7 ducts in the concrete floor and the guys were pretty much done within 1 day (which is why I gave a B for price) however during the post-job walk through, Constantine (the owner of the company) felt that additional work was necessary to ensure a safe environment and arranged for a second team to come in to seal the entire system, at no extra charge. The company was very easy to work with, turned up on time and didn't leave any mess.

I was very satisfied with this company. I contacted them because of the positive feedback they received from other members on Angie's List. I can now state it was well deserved. They were honest, punctual, thorough and their estimate was reasonable. I would suggest, however, that you contact them by phone. I originally sent them an e-mail which went to their spam folder, so i did not receive a response. I did get an immediate and courteous response when I called them on the phone. I would deal with them in the future
