1 Stop Appliance Repair

One Stop Appliance Repair responded to our LG refrigerator service request promptly. Identified the problem and its cause and began making repairs. A refrigerator circuit board malfunction lead to a damaged compressor. The compressor was replaced within 12 hours. However a new LG circuit board had to be ordered from the company. Delivery took almost a week. One Stop kept us informed as to what was happening during delivery and promptly installed the circuit board upon its arrival. Although our repair took time we were alway confident that it was being done professionally and as quickly as possible. One Stop did everything they could to help us in a professional and timely manner.

Sabino was super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He assisted with my fridge repair and asked that I update him the next day on how it was doing. When it turned out a repair was cutting it he found a replacement fridge for me a negotiated a good deal on my behalf. He was really helpful getting me a working fridge as soon as possible. I felt like he really had my back through the whole process!

Terrible communication skills. Would go multiple days without letting us know when he was going to be coming back, after telling us he?d call back by the end of the day. Used a ?family emergency? as an excuse after I called him out for leaving us hanging for the 3rd time. Came with a part that wasnt even for my dryer one of the days, then persuaded us into going the ?cheaper? option first, still having to end up paying for all the parts he wanted to ?try out? (thats what it felt like he was doing) I requested a refund after he dragged us around for 2 weeks and the issue still was not resolved. He was only willing to refund parts and service fee over the phone, but when I received the check it was only half of what he promised over the phone. Then when I deposited the check it didnt go through due to insufficient funds from the sender. I would highly recommend you go elsewhere for your services.

Sabino diagnosed the problem in short order, ordered the parts, and returned to reinstall. All done quickly and efficiently at a fair price. Highly recommend Sabino.

The techs name is Sabino and he came prepared. He had to replace the compressor and clean the coils and recharge the the refrigeration. He laid out all the equipment and tanks then explained to me each step he was preforming. Took about an hour from start to finish. I will use this company again for any future work I need on my appliances. Great job !!!!

Several different problems with GE washer but He stuck with it until we were very satisfied! WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY

Sabino is a nice person but i paid $300 more than i should have. His labor cost was high it took him 45 min to clean and install new ice maker.

This company is absolutely amazing. Their quote was accurate, and they were the first to come out and assess the project. They ended up saving me$2,790 because I originally thought I needed to replace my refrigerator. They quoted me price to repair two. The one inside had completely stopped working, and in the garage unit the freezer worked but the refrigerator didn’t. Now both are running perfectly! I’m so happy to be ready for summer, and I will only use this company going forward. In my area, many companies tend to overcharge or double-charge, but this team was honest, efficient, and fair. Highly recommend!

Fast and easy

He did an amazing job and even took a look at my refrigerator and helped me figure out what was wrong with it.

Sabino came to "repair" my dishwasher about three weeks ago. He came in, reset the computer component of the dishwasher and declared it fixed. He did not check anything else. He spent about 7 minutes in my house (including the time I spent writing a check and getting paperwork) and charged me $150. I contacted him 3 days later to tell him it was not fixed, still getting an error code. His next "solution" was to replace the computer component entirely which he would get back to me with a price. He never did. I sent two follow up texts and then I called the "office" and left a message. No response. I finally decided to watch some YouTube videos and cleaned the water filter, and I FIXED MYSELF. If he had been a professional, he would be more thorough. He had the nerve to tell me during the initial appointment when I balked at the additional charge for the so-called work performed, "at least I'm not ripping you off." He was also very keen on getting cash. I understand why now.

1. Inflated prices. 2. Wants cash, what does that tell you! I like to give them a good review but they are just gouging the customer!

Waiting 5 months for a return visit to address ice maker not turning off and replace level control arm.

I have never dealt with a more professional, courteous, informative, respectful and intelligent individual in my life. He was able to explain everything to me in detail and have my issues fixed in the same day. I would recommend them to everybody!!!

Sabino came out, diagnosed our ice maker , hinge and oven seal issues, ordered factory parts from FiveStar and Viking, 2 weeks later he had them installed and everything went perfect. Awesome customer service and his communication was great. Highly recommended..

Sabino was great for us. The quote seemed a little high initially, but then after we paid he realized the original part wasnâ t the issue and ended up replacing our control board for the original price. The control board repair would have been much more expensive than the original quote, but he just took care of it no questions asked. Very satisfied with this and he was professional through and through.
