He was educational in helping us understand what Windows 10 was all about. He answered every question and prepared us to be knowledgeable about using our new technology efficiently. He was generous with his time giving us thorough and informative service. We were very pleased to be the recipient of his services.

He went above the call of duty. He was over four different times and took our computer with him to work with it overnight. He spent five or six hours one day. He did a beautiful job. There were several problems and he didn't rest until it was taken care of. I'm very happy with the service. He didn't quit until the problems were solved. He is very pleasant to deal with and very professional. He added some free programs to our computer that we were not aware of. He even gave us a tutorial on how to clean up the computer weekly. We are absolutely happy with him. He wanted $180, but I talked him into another $20 because I thought he deserved it.

Gary Lobel brought the repaired computer to my house for setup. He explained the security software thoroughly, left tutorials papers for the security software and made sure the new operating system recognized the printer and internet connections.

They did what we wanted them to do for us. It took less than an hour. The location was not bad.

Gary was here when he said he would. Got right to work and had got the computer to reboot. We decided the the best thing was for Gary to take my computer back to his shop and go through everything and get the computer running at top speed and performance. He was done and brought the computer back the next day. Everything has been running very fast and without any trouble.

We were very happy with what he did and would not hesitate to call Gary again in the future.

Gary came to the house to do everything. He worked hard. He is from the old school so he didn't talk in a lingo that I couldn't understand. His company name describes his business well. I think anybody who is of the baby boomer generation would appreciate his service.

It went extremely well.  Gary obviously knows what he's doing and takes the time to explain what the issues are and how he proposes to fix them.  I know he spent numerous hours on mine (it was in really bad shape) and only charged me $150 (which really surprised me).  I was preparing myself to buy another PC, but was extremely happy to learn that he was able to get it running again - and better than it was running before!  Gary is a very nice, pleasant person to talk to and he tries very hard to provide great customer service.  I would highly recommend him to anybody, not just Baby Boomers! <br />

He spent over 10 hours on my computer and came back the next day to <br /> finish the job, drop off handy notes and make sure all of our questions <br /> were answered!  Gary did whatever it took to save my computer after many <br /> years of neglect.  He spent the time to show us why we had the problems we did, loaded programs to solve them going forward and at no additional cost for time or resources spent.  He has improved our computer speed, security and overall knowledge or our own systems which has saved me hundreds of dollars in future replacement costs, repair, or identity theft! <br />

Gary answered my call and I had the computer to him in 30 minutes.  Picked it up later that day.  He did this over the 4th of July holiday.  He spent as much time as I wanted discussing the problem and fix he performed.  He gave me written and easy to follow instructions on how to maintain the anit-virus and antispyware programs.  Much better experience than condescending young techies I can't understand. <br />

I contacted Gary on Thursday, and he was able to get to my house and work on our computers on Monday morning.  He showed up right on time and got right to work on both my desktop computer and my wife's laptop computer.  Both of our computers were running extremely slow due to the buildup of viruses, spyware, malware, bloatware and many many unnecessary programs that were running on our computers. <br />   Gary thoroughly removed all unwanted items from the computers and installed a couple of anti spyware/anti virus type of programs onto both our computers to help ensure they remained virus and spyware free. He worked for 10 hours straight on our computers, only stopping once for dinner that we insisted that he eat.  <br />   After Gary was done, both of our computers ran like new again and were extremely fast again.  Thanks Gary. <br />   We would not hesitate to use Gary's services again in the future, if necessary. <br />

Gary provided excellent service and is very knowledgeable.  He cleaned up the computer of programs that were bogging it down.  He spent several hours looking for any thing that may be wrong, came back for a free second visit to make sure things were working and to show how to run some programs.  <br />
