Alex did a great job with our pool. We are very pleased. He was quick to get me an estimate and was able to answer any questions I had. Alex was very professional and he did an outstanding job. He figured out a better placement for the fence, installed new, better latches and now it's a lot easier to open it up. The old fence was so tense, it required two people to open it. Overall very pleased.

Alex was very responsive. Gave me an estimate of $735 over the phone when I described what I wanted done. I gave him the measurements that the pool builder gave me. Alex did not need as much fencing as I indicated. The actual cost was less. He could have easily charged me the quoted price. I very much appreciate his honestly and professionalism. My pool contractor quoted me $880 for the same job. When I told him that Alex with Baby Guard could do it for less, he said, "Alex is a great guy and does good work. Use him." I highly recommend him! <br />

Chris came right out for an estimate and worked me into his schedule that same weekend. He did a great job replacing sections of my damaged baby fence and actually did a little more than he quoted, without charging me a dime more. He was polite and professional and I will definitely use him again.

The company seemed fine. They were supposed to send someone out but everything got confused and no one came. They came out immediately after we spoke but it was still frustrating. When I called back I kept going straight to voicemail so I just didn’t use them. The guy that came out was very pleasant and he apologized for the mix up.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THE ONLY THING WAS THAT THEY DIDN'T CLEAN UP REALLY WELL AFTER THEY WERE DONE. OVERALL IT WASN'T A MESSY JOB, SO IT WASN'T TOO BAD.
