The exterminator was very professional. However when I was told that another person would come to evaluate the extent of the problem, the second guy who was supposed to be an evaluator didn't do any inspection, but stayed at my kitchen table and instead talked me into a yearly contract for $800.00 . I Signed for the monthly inspections, but never received a copy of the contract. It wasn't sent to my e-mail address. The initial exterminator was very friendly and knowledgeable.

"Hi we are sorry you were not completely happy with your purchase. I spoke to the inspector he stated that he did in fact inspect the crawlspace and found some additional issues but you were not interested in additional services at this time so he recommended to at least getting on monthly service to continue to trap and bait the rodents. I apologize that you did not get a copy of the service agreement I will have it emailed to you . If you are unhappy with this purchase give us a call at 757-574-8200 and we will work something out with you. Thanks"

Prompt, spotted signs of termites, showed me where they were. Returned to do a full termite treatment. Confirms and ON TIME for all appointments!! (Rare these days IMO)

It was INCREDIBLE! I have never felt so at ease talking to a sales person before! Not once did I feel I was being swindled or pressured. Full and total honesty, complete professionalism, incredible punctuality, dependable service that has made an actual lasting impression in pest deterrance, and for the truly affordable price it really is crazy that care like this exists! The last thing I want to worry about is bugs or a crawl space, or even the money to deal with them! Now I don't have to because Back Bay Pest has me covered!
