I hired B&A construction Group LLc I gave Luis $2000 the project is $5500 we went under contract I gave a check on 8/18/23 on Friday he mess up bathroom I called on Monday 8/21/23 that what going on with my job he he needed more money before he continue he broke everything in contract this called is a scammer is not a professional guy at all be warned

"Thank you for the opportunity to work with you. The previous plumber that was hired to do the bathroom remodel has messed up the plumbing which is why I was hired to finish the project. To the naked eye, the project seemed to be straight forward. This bathroom is in the basement and once we dug to the mainline, we realized the whole mainline was damaged and needed to be replaced. In order for us to guarantee our work since we agreed to hold 800$ for last payment , i wasn't going to be able to guarantee my work that's why needed to replace the mainline out to the road. The additional work was rejected so we parted ways amicably. "

After 9 long, frustrating, aggravating months, B&A construction group has fixed my house with an A C unit with no condenser, laminate flooring incomplete and with gaps at the baseboards, holes in ceilings and walls, a leaky roof, one inch gaps between wall and window trims. My appliances have been left out to the elements and are no longer working. My wood door left in the rain, only to be told I would have to buy new one The list of things left undone and not done correctly is too long to post. After paying out $130k plus to B&A construction group and experiencing this level of angst and frustration is suffocating. I can understand the negative comments and buyer beware posted. Never again.

"We operate our business with honesty and integrity and provide a high level of workmanship as well as service as you can see from all of our previous reviews. This review is not an accurate reflection of what took place. We completed an addition to her home and completely gutted and remodeled the second floor and we completed project in September which she was more than happy with and then contacted us to remodel the 1st floor and to partially finish the basement. The contract specified that there may be additional cost above the original estimate if we uncovered issues that were unforeseen. A deposit was made initially of 15K to begin the work which we did. A new 3.5 ton AC unit was installed for the first floor and the basement, the condenser has not been installed due to the outstanding balance still remaining on this project. The laminate was completed on the first floor however the basement floor is uneven and we recommended leveling the floor before installation but she declined and requested the installation to be done on the existing floor which is why the install was not flawless like the first floor. There was one hole in the basement wall for the pipe return for the HVAC which would have been finished once final payment was received to complete the AC installation. We did not do any work to her roof on this project however we did install a new roof on the home addition that was done on the first project however the roof leak is on the other side of the home, old roof, that we did not do any work on at any point. The window needed to be replaced to close the gap, again she declined to replace the window so the gap that was there before the project remained. I'm at a complete loss as to the appliances, all the appliances were kept inside during the remodel of the kitchen, we reinstalled them and checked to ensure they were working which they were. The only appliance that was ever outside was the washing machine, we also tested this and it was in working order as well. We are more than happy to complete the few things needed to complete the job once we receive payment."

We first invited B&A Construction team to provide an estimate for our new house renovations. Afterward, we showed the home inspection report for the house that we’re trying to sell and Luis was kind enough to stop by on the same day to our house to assess the issues and thoroughly explain what needs to be done. Given his expertise, it was very helpful for us to work with him as the inspection required various types of work, ranging from plumbing, HVAC to electrical. His work was very thorough and timely. Also, he’s very responsive when we text him and pleasant to work with. His price was also reasonable and better than few quotes we’ve gotten from other individual licensed contractors as he offered package deal for various work he has done. We are currently working with him on the new house renovation and he and his team have been very efficient. I can’t wait to see the end results. I highly recommend Luis and his company!

Luis is very nice person to deal with. He came in to do some quick electrical work for me. He was reasonable compared other electricians and did a good job resolving the problem quickly. He helped me replace a few breaker to new ones with arc fault breakers.

I purchased a new construction house built by B&A Construction. First day I step into the house, all the details in the house mesmerized me. You can tell they pay attention to details, lighting was mind blowing, fireplace was marvelous, all bedrooms were good size, marble floors look awesome and in addition they cleaned the house inside and outside before closing. I can not thank enough to Luis who helped me to get the copy of the survey which saved me good $$ for fencing permit. Overall, I highly recommend B&A construction team and thank you for building such a beautiful home and further assisting me even after the closing.

Rewired entire house. Amazing Job , I am pleased with the work that has been done at my home . I recommend and will hire this Company Again. The Job was well Done and after they sheetrocked the whole house there was no electrical problems everything was perfectly fine and the permits were all taken care of by them. I also got 6 months of warranty work. Cant be any happier Thank you B&A Construction.
