Scott was very professional and knowledgeable. And kind...so very kind. He went above and beyond explaining everything to my elderly mom. I would highly recommend Bactronix. If I could rate 10 stars, I would. I won't hesitate to use this company again.

When I talked to Scott before the cleaning process was started, he indicated that he had two products that would take care of my problem, one was not toxic and the other one was. The one that was toxic, he said, would actually clean the wall in addition to killing the mold. From what Scott said, the cleaning process went to occur over several days and it would get better, and better, and better and actually even remove some of the stains. After several days I did not see any improvement at all, and when I contacted Scott, he suggested that it could be a bad batch of his cleaning agent. Subsequently he used some of the same material on another customers home and found the same thing. His company did a recall on that batch and provided new chemicals, and Scott returned and went through the process again. Subsequent to that visit, he has come again and he even used a wire brush and treated it for the third time, which I think is phenomenal! Scott takes his work seriously and I know from things he has shared with me that he is an honest man and he is concerned for the well-being of his customers and he does everything he can to make sure that itâ s done right and that the customer is happy. This was all done on his own initiative, as I did not press him to come back or do anything additionally. I know if you hire him you will also be pleased with his work.

Economic option. Cleaned up after himself and brought his own ladder and needed equipment (I have encountered some companies that come unprepared without proper materials and equipment). He was efficient and polite.

Scott did a great job. Tested for mold and found none. Suggested treatment for bacteria and was very reasonable and extremely fast and on time.

Scott, the owner of the company, came to scope the job and an appointment was made. On the date of the service, Scott's technician was ill and Scott performed the service himself. I cannot say enough good things about Scott and his service. I had been dealing with an awful. moldy smell in my basement for some time. I had tried an expensive air cleaner, a dehumidifier and charcoal filled bags. I had assumed I must have had a dead animal in one of the walls or a water leak. Scott used a moisture meter and determined the moisture in the walls was minimal. He then used a spray to remove any mold and viruses for up to a year. After the service, the basement smelled much better. I was unaware that this type of chemical spray was available and was glad I had selected Scott's company. In addition to the positive results, I found Scott to be very personable and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend Scott and his company.
