Quick response to inquiry, and was able to provide the service the next day after the site visit. Courteous and efficient crew! Did not cut up and stacked the firewood like they said they would. Left a pile of branches 5-8 ft in length in my lawn. Had to wait 5 days after the initial service for brush haul-off. After brush was removed, the gentleman said he would come back the next morning to clean up the small stuff out of the lawn because he forgot his rake, but never did. Had to clean it up myself, as well as cut up and stack my firewood.

Bad Axe Lumberjacks are awesome! They were fast, cleaned up after themselves, and they are extremely knowledgeable about tree health. Even better, they don't try to scalp you with the fees. Friendly and courteous. I look forward to hiring them again.
