I messaged the team at this company and at first I was getting a semi timely response to get an appointment set up. After setting it up for 11am and PAYING for the services no one showed up. I tried messaging and calling and when the phone answered I was told I would get a call back. At 1pm I was told the carpet cleaner had tested positive for COVID. I was not upset by that because that can happen to anyone, but why was I not told until TWO hours after my scheduled appointment? At this time I was trying to set up a different time since they had another carpet cleaner who could come out. I agreed to 8am the next day. I found out this actually was scheduled for 8:30am. I was again at the location waiting for someone to show up for TWO hours! I tried to call and message and to no avail I eventually left to get along with my day. I was told I would get a refund and still have not received it so now I have to go through the payment company to receive this. The company has still not reached out to me to tell me as to why no one showed up the second day and I don’t believe they will try to contact me again. Spend a little more and get someone who will actually show up!

"We refunded your account and offered free services we got to abide by the law we all are suffering from the out com of COVID-19 and sadly a lot of us are losing employees and having to be quarantine the next day my employee showed up at 7:30am and no one was there they are not obligated to stay until someone arrive Thank You for Your Feed Back and hope all is well Good Day"
