Did a great job!

I would not recommend anybody to use him. Since I am being called a liar, mom needs to know what really happened. Day 1 showed him where trash was to go ignored me, had to pick up after him. Next his ancient jackhammer stopped working and I had to take him to the hardware store to rent one. Had them waive deposit fee because they knew me. He had no cones to rope of debris field. We provided them, he had only 1 extension cord and again we supplied them. Borough wanted high vis on cones, my husband used his own money to get it done. We had to work off of the business next door because he kept tripping my breaker box. Found him a closer place to dump. My privacy fence is messed up, chunk taken out of the post that is cemented into the ground, other panels dented. Driveway now has huge cracks in it that will start coming apart when the weather warms up. He had stone dumped on our driveway without asking first. Ordered too much and had to put it on Facebook for people to get it. Punctuality was extremely poor. Go to excuse was he lived an hour away. Not my problem. Fed him lunch 3 times. Told me he was in constant contact with the borough about moving debris. Lied, went and spoke with her myself. he only called her the day before I let him go and led her to believe that debris was on my property and not the road. She was not happy! He called me and told me someone was coming by to give an estimate to get rid of said debris. I told him he needed to be here and he was a no show, we had to deal with it. He said the guy would call him with the estimate and he told them it was too expensive. I had paid him 2/3rds of agreed amount. Last portion was used to have the rest of dirt and stone removed and I sent him what was left. He is too young to be doing this on his own. He needs to work with someone for a while for experience. He has no clue as to how to plan things out. His communication skills sucked also. I had to threaten him with harassment because of the emails I was getting. He pulled the racial card on me, and started throwing religion my way also. I wanted to file a civil suit but what is the point? He has nothing. He may be fine on small jobs, use him at your own risk. I wish him well, he is going to need it. There you go mom, Full Disclosure!!! UPDATE 4/3/24: Would just like to say I am not angry. I am PO'D at the damage done to my property and let's let it be over with now. It is done and it is what it is. Wish you luck in the future!
